Owned and operated by husband and wife team Nick & Audra Guidry, Pelican & Pig operates with playful creativity and service in mind. Drawing inspiration from places they have lived and from their many travels, in name and through the menu, the restaurant is a nod to the inspirations and influences from the past and present. By bringing a fine-casual dining service experience to a comfortable, cozy atmosphere, it is our goal to provide exceptional service through attention to details and knowledge of products and menus.

Upon entering you are greeted with a view of the completely open kitchen and wood-burning hearth. Let our staff welcome and guide you through the night with our list of craft cocktails, exceptional wine and spirit offerings and our hand-selected craft beer menu.

I had such a wonderful evening at the chef's counter! The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere, combined with my amazing server Alex.. made for the perfect night out alone! I really enjoyed chatting with the Chef Mike 🙂 I will most definitely be back and plan to make this my go-to spot if people ask! Pelican and Pig, you've been a delight 🤙 thank you kindly.

We had a great birthday dinner at Pelican & Pig. We had early reservations on a Saturday so the place was nice and quiet and we got excellent service. I read a lot about the corn ribs and thought they may be overrated, but no, they’re as good as the hype. We really liked the tight menu too, the choices were hard enough and more would have been overload. Looking forward to going back and working through the whole menu.

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. Service and hospitality from Blake was outstanding. Sat at the chef’s counter, definitely recommend.

Though a bit pricey for East Nashville, the setting, experience and food made it worth the money keep in mind all the foods are cooked in an open wood fire - counter seating an delightful spectator experience .We had the baked oysters and peaches/buratta/toasted coconut "snacks" (the latter very generous portion), kale/shaved Brussels/golden raisins "share" dish (great composite of ingredients, presentation and generous portion); grilled salmon and my strip steak (good portions, wonderful sauces, precisely cooked), apple cheese cake, glass of a nice medium body french Pinot noir and Chardonnay. Server Ashlyn, and each of the three cooks were really on their game

This is a great Nashville restaurant away from the crowds. The food is shareable, fresh, tasty and original. We went because of 'Somebody Feed Phil' on Netflix and we were not disappointed. The standouts were beets salad, peach and burrata, kale and brussel salad but the stars were the spectacular corn ribs and ribeye. Wish we could go back but we're Londoner's travelling to a new destination every few days.

It was a bit of a drive from downtown but so worth the trip. Food was outstanding.

Great food and service! The corn ribs were amazing! The ribeye was cooked perfection. Will definitely come back for more.
