Limited reservations may available for our covered patio. Outdoor dining availability subject to weather conditions. Indoor seating is not guaranteed for patio diners in the event of poor weather conditions.

20% gratuity will be applied to groups of 6 or more. Split checks may be divided up to 4 credit cards at equal value. A corkage fee of $45 per 750ml will be applied to guests bringing their own wine (limit 2 bottles). A dessert plating fee of $5 per person will be applied to any outside desserts bro

Two things I had heard about Pelato before going, the food was good and it was expensive. I was excited to try it but left disappointed. The plates are small but the portions are reasonable for the dining style, the price, however, was not. Everything is definitely overpriced. $21 for one chicken cutlet chicken parm, $14 for the highly rated burnt broccolini that wasn't good, etc. I also ordered an $18 glass of wine that came in a clunky, short, thick wine glass. Also noting the chair backs are round so anyone with a purse or bag will have to hold it or put it on the floor. What was really lacking was the service. Our server said she would course out everything we ordered but we ended up getting SO many plates all at once our table was overflowing! & they kept bringing out dishes after seeing how full our table was! It was insane. We felt rushed to eat the plates on the table before more came out and also pressured to try all of the plates before everything got cold! Unfortunately this was such a huge damper on our experience, having to eat cold food because the servers were not paying attention to timing. It wasn't just one server either, multiple people from the kitchen were serving all of these dishes and no one took note. We were audibly shocked every time someone brought out a new plate and actually asked one server not to bring anything else out right away. No one cared that we had to play tetris with plates. The table was so full we ended up spilling the water carafe (which was cheap plastic btw) everywhere and my mother got soaked. The manager (I think) did come over and we explained our frustrations. He offered a dessert on them but we just wanted to get out of there. A whole properly coursed out dinner should not be this rushed, we were out the door 65 minutes after entering. I am so disappointed, this was supposed to be a dinner to celebrate my birthday and now I don't think I'll be back to a place I was excited to try.

Please accept my most sincere apology as the experience you described does not meet our expectations for service or guest satisfaction. The food was amazing, service was great and food came out very quickly. All the wait staff were super friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Our experience was wonderful. We were greeted nicely when we arrived. We were taken to our table. The server was very clear understanding made good recommendations and was attentive the evening. The food was excellent. My wife enjoyed the calamari and I had the ravioli. Both dishes were prepared perfectly. The only thing that was a little bit off was it was quite noisy in there, but not too noisy that you couldn’t hold a conversation we will definitely return.

We have now been twice and every single thing that we ate was delicious. I’m not exaggerating when I say this is one of my top 3 restaurants in all of Nashville. The staff is always super kind and very attentive, the food is incredible and the ambiance is great vibes. My only small complaint is that it is a little loud. We took my dad for his birthday (he’s almost 70 but not hard of hearing) and he had a hard time hearing with the noise going on but it didn’t hinder our dinner and the food was worth it. We were also there on a Friday at 7pm so it was a peak time for the restaurant to be busy and loud. Always worth it and I like to bring any friends that visit from out of town. The broccolini is always a hit and every pasta I’ve had is outstanding!

Absolutely amazing! Be sure to take the one mile trip from downtown to experience this jewel in Germantown. Our server (Kyle) was wonderful, and the food….well, can’t even begin to describe how great it was! If you have enough room after dinner ….Don’t miss the creamsicle gelato!!!!
