We had the the pleasure of eating and drinking, in Peggys on the Green, and after in the parlour bar! The service was incredible... the lamb shank and the prawns to die for! & the best pint of Guinness iv had in the city! General Manager Ken's attention to detail is incredible... we will be back soon.

We had a delightful dinner here! Great atmosphere and excellent service. I had the fabulous lamb shank…perfectly prepared, on top of a bed of colcannon mash with some well prepared vegetables on the side. My husband had the French onion soup and the carbonara—both excellent. His dessert was the warm apple crumble with ice cream; mine was the Eton Mess….both delicious. Apparently the dinner service is new within the last month or so, and the restaurant was very quiet for a Saturday night. We had a great experience here—give it a try, you won’t regret it!

Early on a Sunday I needed a place to have a quiet meal so say Peggy's on the Green. A few people were eating on the patio and the inside had lots of room. Got a nice table and everything went fine from there. A nice selection of wines, great focaccia with black olives and Irish butter but the best was yet to come. The Lamb Shank was the best ever with great gravy, sitting on a bed of Colcannon and decorated with some beautiful vegetables. What a way to spend a lonely afternoon. Didn't order dessert but had a nice glass of Port. Great service, nice welcoming people!

Beautiful Restaurant, Staff are super Friendly. Great Atmosphere, great music playing in the background. Food was nice. Cocktails were beautiful. The service from the staff was really really nice. I eat around Stephen's Green a lot, and it was probably the best for service. Staff couldn't do enough for us. Best of luck with the new Restaurant, we will be back. Also - would be great for a large booking. Their Cocktail bar upstairs is excellent

Friendly staff. Nice ambient and the background music was at a reasonable volume which allowed us to hold a conversation. Good food and in particular the cod fish is to be recommended. Price/value was a little on the higher side
