We arrived 5 minutes before booking time and got accused of being early due to there greed and overbooking, service was disgraceful incorrect food arrived with items missing, second visit from us and an absolute disappointment to our first visit, manager couldn't care less, pure greed over customs service.

Delicious food, friendly staff, nothing was to much trouble. One of my favourite restaurants.

Can’t fault the staff or the food . The noise level was uncomfortable, obviously it was a Saturday night but we weren’t able to have any form of conversation within our group of 6 . The parking was a huge issue , we bought two cars with two disabled people in our party . There was no parking available anywhere near the restaurant. We did park on the road as we had blue badges but we were asked to move our cars mid meal by the restaurant as local residents had complained. We had to then leave our meal and find parking . Pay and display was the only option. Once parked downloaded app ect to pay and walked back to the restaurant our waiting meal was cold . We then had the issue of getting disabled people over to the cars across a busy road . As a family we have used this restaurant for all our special occasions but I’d honestly rethink returning now . It wasn’t as enjoyable as it should’ve been .

Definitely not the worst Chinese by a long shot in the area, but horrendously overpriced (£200 for 5 ppl..2 adults and 3 children..only one drinking alcohol, and 3/5 ppl having deserts).

We decided to try somewhere new as the place we wanted to go wanted a deposit that went to a service charge and for 7 people that’s £35 before u start ! And before u even had the service. But I’m so glad we did change to pearl river the food was amazing lovely place and great staff can’t fault it at all will always go here now 100% xx

12 of us chose the Buffet Menu on a Saturday night. The choices are amazing and we had so many dishes bought to the table, followed by Duck then choice of Main Courses. Food was excellent, the staff are great with excellent service & the owner checked in on us every hour to ask how the food & service was………. Excellent value for money & the drinks are not expensive like some alternative restaurants………. This restaurant deserves praise for the excellent experience you get when dining in large groups.

We have been before so knew what to expect. Good wasn’t very hot. Tasted good but not a lot of it. Staff were fine if you engaged with them but not friendly on welcome. Mocktail good.
