With an ambience steeped in rustic charm and a menu filled with treasures from the sea, Pearl Dive Oyster Palace focuses on fresh produce and quality ingredients in its welcoming eatery. Specializing in a wide variety of oysters, from such places as Virginia, Japan, Rhode Island, British Columbia and Washington state, Peal Dive Oyster Palace takes oyster preparation seriously, complementing the delicate taste of the oyster. Appetizer options include crispy crawfish fritters, barbecue shrimp and wood-grilled oysters. Besides oysters, house specialties have a decidedly Cajun flair, with items such as seafood gumbo, crawfish etouffee and Gulf Coast Redfish, all of which have an amazing balance of spices.

The rich entrées at Pearl Dive Oyster Bar are further replicated in its dessert menu, with winning options like Beignets and Brazos River Bottom Pecan Pie.

We had the bast server who was quite attentive to my neice. All the food was delish excep one complaint about the amount of oysters in the poorboy.

Pearl Dive never lets me down. Food is always amazing and the lady who was assigned to our table was just an absolute sweetheart. What I love about this place even though it’s an oyster bar, for those who aren’t fond of oysters there are plenty of other options on their menu that is just as filling and savory.

Staff was fantastic!!! Busy night but we were not rushed in any way. Food came out at a perfect pace. Everything we tried tasted great!!!

The seafood dishes at Pearl Dive were fantastic. The menu has Louisiana influences with gourmet flourishes. The staff are superb.

The food at this restaurant was delicious—we particularly enjoyed the oysters, mussels, and octopus. However, the service left much to be desired. We waited about an hour for our order, which dampened the overall experience.
