Located right in Georgian Dublin City Centre. Next door to the famous 5 star Merrion Hotel. Pearl has catered for lovers of fine dining for the past 20 years. French and Asian fusion is the norm. The Pigeon Rossini or Bluefin Tuna Ponzu is still a staple on the menu but it is the €99 -Six course tasting menu that will demonstrate Pearl’s culinary legacy.

We work closely with our dedicated suppliers enabling our team to source the best of ingredients. Culinary ingenuity and skill from the kitchen combined with warm, professional service makes Pearl one of Dublin’s premier fine dining experiences.

Food is exceptional. Staff are very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend for an intimate night out with a friend or a fun night with a group.

We had dined here when traveling to Dublin a year ago, and were eager to return. Originally seated in a room next to a large party, our waiter quickly saw that we had difficulty hearing him, and he suggested that he see if a quieter table were available. He moved us to a lovely, quiet table in an alcove, and all was well. The food and wine were fabulous, and the staff could not have been nicer.

This is a very fine restaurant, with a great attention to detail. The food is excellent and imaginatively presented. The wine list is very good, and the staff are a engaging mix of personalities. The decor is pleasant and the individual seating booths lend a very conspiratorial feel to the restaurant, it has a lot of charm.

wonderful food and service for a client lunch where an extra diner was accommodated , food and service were both outstanding. Always enjoy the crispy prawn appetizer.
