Located right in Georgian Dublin City Centre. Next door to the famous 5 star Merrion Hotel. Pearl has catered for lovers of fine dining for the past 20 years. French and Asian fusion is the norm. The Pigeon Rossini or Bluefin Tuna Ponzu is still a staple on the menu but it is the €99 -Six course tasting menu that will demonstrate Pearl’s culinary legacy.

We work closely with our dedicated suppliers enabling our team to source the best of ingredients. Culinary ingenuity and skill from the kitchen combined with warm, professional service makes Pearl one of Dublin’s premier fine dining experiences.

My family and I ordered three "six course tasting surprise" meals with Euro 99 for each course . Unfortunately there is very few amount for every plate. It's really unhappy for my family because we didn't be full after the dinner. It's really "SURPRISE ". We had great experience 5 years ago so we came back. But this time we are very disappointed.

Absolutely FABULOUS in every way! We ordered the tasting menu for the table, and thoroughly enjoyed each dish. Highly recommend. The whole dining experience exceeded expectations.

Unbelievable, attentive service and great food, the best we had on our vacation. We shared the Oliver Rogers Crab Meat that came with an avocado mousse, mandarin, cucumber, horseradish. I had their flagship dish which was amazing. Pigeon Rossini cooked two ways, foie gras, truffle mash, truffle sauce. My wife had a delicious John Stone Irish Beef Fillet with a celeriac gratin dauphinois, bone marrow & red wine sauce, pickled. I’ve seen kitchens that were open to the dining room but this was the first restaurant I’ve seen where you could see into the kitchen from outside the restaurant

I can only say that the restaurant was the best place we have been in a long time. The staff is amazing friendly and so knowledgeable. The food was excellent and the tasting menu with pairing wine made it even better. I will definitely be recommending to friends and will be definitely making a trip back when next in Dublin.
