PeakFine Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day! With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.

If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

Amazing place, staff and food!! Make sure to do the wine pairings… it was one of our favourite parts :)

Charlotte was amazing! She was super sweet, attentive, bubbly AND showed us some ATHLETIC SKILLS!!! We got breakfast, and view and a show! Charlotte saw a lady forgot her water bottle and literally DASHED like we were watching the Olympics and caught the lady to give her the water bottle! We think Sparking Hills should have a Olympic staff function yearly because Charlotte will definetly win the 100 M dash if you make her panic chase a client! The food was incredible, the service and entertainment was even better. Go Charlotte Go!

The good is absolutely phenomenal and the chef went over and beyond for us - customizing a sauce so it wasn't spicy at all for me without even asking! The risotto was out of the world and the little macaroons were heavenly!

Ordered an omelette that looked terrible, tasted okay, I only ate the potatoes. Wish the buffet would return as it had alot better options to choose from.

Ambiance and space was very comfortable and enjoyable, staff was extremely helpful and attentive. Service was outstanding. Unfortunately, the omelette of the day (described as having roast beef, parmigiana, onion, and bell peppers) was very disappointing. Sparse roast beef, little to no onion, and no discernable peppers, just alot of egg .

Well firstly I have to say the server was awesome because of her understanding and compassion for the quality of our poorly cooked tenderloin. We like our beef tenderloin medium rare and both times they were prepared medium well and hard to chew. We had to return the dinners back twice and were reluctant to try another 3rd attempt. But we ordered instead a beef tartare because typically you can’t screw that up. Well I was wrong again as the tartare looked like dog food and served with soggy ripple chips? Where are the crostini’s on a meal like this. Well the manager came to our table and was gracious enough to take care of our meal at no charge and including the bottle of wine. That was a nice gesture. It was our anniversary night and we felt really sad we could not enjoy a beautiful evening but so embarrassed by the meals served. So save yourselves by not eating dinner at Peak Fines because you will be disappointed with the dinner but not the service.

This is located in sparkling hill, the food portions were tiny which is fine, but the quality was awful! I’ve dined at a lot of wineries where the food was spectacular and something to brag about. I have spoken with other guests here, and not 1 has enjoyed the food. This isn’t my first stay or trial I’ve had fantastic experiences here but this experience was not a good one! The filet Mingon was over cooked and dry. The pasta was also pretty dry. I even ordered extra sauce! Everyone prefers the Australian German restaurant. Not worth it in the end. (This is from multi cultural and aged people when chatting about the food)
