PeakFine Restaurant is open daily for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and is a wonderful way to start or end your day! With the bounty of what the Okanagan, and Canada has to offer us in the ways of cheese, poultry, produce, seafood, grains, so much more, we focus on using local Canadian and Artisanal products to help keep low food miles, support local growers, farmers and use sustainable foods in our kitchens. With healthy options, vegan, or decadent multi-course meals paired with local wines and spirits, your culinary adventure will go unmatched while you dine, and take in the sweeping Okanagan Lake Views.

If you are dining as a resort guest, PeakFine Restaurant encourages wearing bathrobes and slippers for breakfast and lunch. In the evening, we adhere to a smart casual dress code, and we ask that guests refrain from wearing hats or slippers to dinner. There is an 18% service charge for parties of 6 or more.

Please note that Sparkling Hill Resort & Spa is a 16 plus only resort.

Celebrated our anniversary with a beautiful meal. They have a wonderful wine list and a very nice menu selection. The food was delicious and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. Definitely recommend.

Lovely server but very dirty table- not the cloth but everything we picked up, cups, sugar holder, salt and pepper crusty with egg and ketchup. Very gross.

PeakFine restaurant provided excellent service, food was absolutely amazing and you can not beat the views. Next time we visit Sparkling Hills Resort we will be dining at PeakFine.

Beautiful views. The three course menu with wine pairings was very good. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. Service was excellent. Hard to beat the view.

Everything was great except for our server. She was overly task oriented and less focused on customer service. She really affected the vibe of our restaurant experience. Our server the morning previous was amazing! So don’t let this review deter you from enjoying the rest of the positive things at this restaurant for breakfast.

I was really disappointed with my breakfast. There was a lot of choices on the menu and they sounded pretty good , I ordered eggs Benedict with spinach and mushrooms and bacon on a croissant. First of all the food came out in 5-10 minutes flat, if that, which tells us the food was prepared ahead of time and not freshly made. What I received was horrible, I only got half of a full croissant cut in half, and hard , one tiny piece of bacon, the eggs were like golf balls , I could have thrown them around and they would have bounced. No whites, just yolk. My husband ordered an omelet and you could tell they were milk carton eggs. The potatoes were not freshly made, I’m sure they were made the day before and reheated. I ended up leaving my food there. This was our second time at Sparkling Hills, the first time was amazing with a delicious buffet. Now the quality has definitely gone down. This was not was I expected , especially since we had an amazing experience the first time.

Wish they brought back the buffet spent close to 45 minutes the following day waiting for our breakfast. The quality isn't any superior a la carte and would've preferred to have just got what I want and then leave. All in all it's better than most breakfast joints and is included in the stay.

Fine dinning excellent. Nicest was wonderful . Hotel need a bit of renovation . Bin in room torn. Timings harsh as making bed us at 0300 pm -0400 pm and it is time to relax . If timings could move to 2pm best . Overall excellent
