Benvenuto and welcome to Pazzo, a new Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown Halifax. Inspired by our love affair with Italian cuisine, we’ve beautifully transformed two floors of a Barrington Street heritage building into a cozy bar on the lower level and a gorgeous dining area upstairs. With a focus on fresh handmade pasta, meats and cheeses cured in-house, and wines that flow as freely as laughter around a family dinner table, we invite you to join us on a journey of Italy’s rich food culture and la dolce vita!

One of the most amazing dining experiences I have ever had. From the greeter to the server to the food and presentation, everything was over the top perfect. Will definitely be going back again and again!

Food was meh, good but not worth the prices they’re asking. Lasagna was sub par Cesar salad was bad. Pork belly was amazing.

An outstanding dinner! Thank you to the owner, our sommelier, the chef and in particular our attentive server Maria for making our anniversary dinner a most memorable event. The food was exquisite: fresh, well seasoned and presented with panache! The calamari, panzanella, sturgeon, gemelli pasta and the tiramisu were all standouts. In addition, the wine list offers a wide selection of great Italian wines. As they say, Perfecto! One more reason to go back to beautiful Halifax. Congrats!!

We had a great experience, the staff are so welcoming and friendly. We had the table side pasta highly recommended not only is the food delicious the presentation by Carlo is next level.

It's a new spot and like it. Great wine list and comprehensive menu. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful with choices

Office function celebrating a staff members 30 plus years!! Great service and excellent staff. Food was outstanding. Thoroughly enjoyable experience!! Hats off to Carlo and his staff!!
