    had a great meal- shared goat cheese, fig ,balsamic pizza, caesar salad then each had a special entree - bacon wrapped cod . It should be on the regular menu! All this with a wonderful waiter. We couldn't be happier.

    Dined at Pazzo last night (11/3) with a good friend to enjoy a kid free night. Our server, John, was OUTSTANDING!!! Food was delicious as usual. We had a 6pm reservation, arrived early and we were seated promptly. As we were enjoying our dessert and coffee, one of the owners/managers; a tall man, gray hair, light blue shirt, stood next to our table and was directing his employees to move tables around to accommodate a larger party coming in. Not a problem except he wanted our table as well. He was over-gesturing to his employees to grab our table when we got up. The problem was that he was extremely obvious that he wanted us to hurry up and get out of there. It was RUDE as we still had food and drink on the table. I can understand if we held up the table for 3 hours on a Saturday night. We were seated for barely 2 hours. Our bill was over $200 including tip and I believe that being made to feel uncomfortable by an overtly rude owner/manager is unacceptable. Pazzo is a restaurant that I have held numerous large family functions at as well as being a frequent diner. Not sure I'll rush back to spend my hard earned money there anytime soon. This manager/owner should take courtesy classes.

    Hi Jodi, Happy John and our food were high standard. In regard to the activity around the table I want to extend my apologies. I can see from your perspective how it may have looked and will definitely be speaking with my staff to make sure this is handled more professionally. I know at times on the floor we try to anticipate time/reservations to set tables accordingly. I give my word I will make sure this won't happen again.     This was one of our favorite places to eat. But after our last visit it may our least. My family has been coming here since it opened. Food is consistently good, prices are average, and wait staff are efficient and friendly. The hostess staff can be a little snooty at times but we've let it pass. We often enjoyed happy hour at the bar and the nighty food and drink specials. We made a 6pm reservation on a Monday because their website said they were now required for the Monday night half price pizza and pasta specials. Never had to make reserves before. It was a cold night so we requested to sit in the main dining room. We get there and nobody is waiting for a table so we were immediately seated by the hostess who sat us at the first table by the back door, the hostess station, and a loud fan. A very noisy, cold spot. We asked for another table as there were many open tables in the main area but the hostess lead us to the enclosed patio and sat us at the first table across from the front doors where one door was fixed wide open letting in cold outside air. We nicely asked her about the open tables we passed and she said they're for reservations. We said we had reservations. She looked at us confused so we just sat. When my husband sat down, he almost knocked it over. It was wobbly. He asked her if we could sit at the next table. She dropped menus and left. We were cold sitting at that table by the open door but we wanted to eat so we ordered. While we ate, a manager suddenly came to our table, put both hands down on it, and began scolding us for making his hostess cry her eyes out in the bathroom. We were shocked! He was terse, very rude, hovering over us and our food. He basically said we were being difficult for asking for another table. He said we can't demand to sit wherever we want in his restaurant and that it's not cool. Whoa! If we didn't have our food we would've got up and left. Instead, we apologized in order to avoid an escalated scene. Never going back!

    Gayle, I recall you wanted to sit in the main dining room which we originally sat you at. You then wanted to move 2 more times. We tried to accommodate your requests the best we could. As stated in our policies online, we don't guarantee table location requests but do try to fulfill as many as we can. My hostess did get very upset and I did come to your table to speak about what happened. I am sorry if you felt I was rude. That was not my intention. We value your business and feedback. If you decide to come back I'm sure your next visit will be a good one.

    We had a group of 12 celebrating my dad's birthday and the food and service was perfect! We had a couple of people with food sensitivities, and they were able to provide a meal that was pleasing to all. This is our fourth or fifth time going to Zazzo, and we have never been disappointed! My only minor complaint is that the section where we sat was a bit noisy so it was difficult to hear everyone. But they did lower the music to a comfortable level. We will be back!

    We booked Pazzo's for an early dinner before a show at the Count Basie Theater. The hostess proactively asked if we were going to the show that evening and asked us to alert our server who also managed the pace perfectly. Both of our veal dishes were excellent.

    Our waiter Ron was new to Pazzo. He was polite, engaging and attentive. Great meal after a show at Count Basie theater.

    We had a 730 reservation and were seated right away which was great. Our server was very nice but the place was absolutely packed. We ordered drinks which took a while and my drink was terrible. We ordered an appetizer and our entrees all at once. Our appetizer came out quickly and was ice cold (should have been hot). It then took over an hour for our entrees to come out. Our server kept coming over saying “it will be out momentarily..” and that moment took another 25 min. We waited over an hour for our entrees when mine came out it was greasy and not cooked well. We were going to a show so absolutely no time for dessert. Won’t be back. Shame because it’s a great spot if going to a show.

    Sorry Judy. Not sure why your visit went this way. We entertain thousands of show guests over the years and this isn't our norm. Our food quality is usually consistently good. I will be speaking with my staff to make sure we do better. Thank you for the feedback.
