   Justin song, absolutely fantastic! It was definitely one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. I have no idea how he does everything by himself, true magician.

   What an amazing dining and service experience. Warren was ready at the helm and made the meal that much more enjoyable. The chefs menu was top notch - felt like we were dining @ The Bear. Thanks, chef!

   The worst restaurant I've ever been to was in Vancouver. I ordered a canned meal and the cocktail was extremely bad. I spent 100 dollars and ended up going to another place for dinner.

   Our recent visit to Pax Romana was an intimate mid-week, late-night dining experience on Commercial Drive with tasty tapas and good wine. For us, an active senior couple living in the neighbourhood, Pax Romana is our go-to destination for a great evening with friends or just the two of us.

   Bold yet comforting dishes. We were pleasantly surprised. Highly recommend the chef's choice menu. There wasn't any dish we wouldn't have again. Salad, tartar, farro. The egg tart at the end was a star. Better than the famous tarts in Lisbon. Cozy ambiance.

   Ordered the chef's choice set menu. A variety of new dishes for us. Lots of flavour with anchovies, pickles and olives. Enjoyed the bone marrow dish and venison tartar as well as the spicy anchovie salad. The desert was a yummy egg tart with a crispy/chewy pastry that everyone enjoyed. They ran out of their hazy IPA on tap part way through the evening which was disappointing. Enjoyed our Commercial Drive evening out, thanks!

   Have been a fan of their Happy Hour for a while. Came for Justin's take over and had the chef's menu. Food was excellent, and our server was attentive, friendly and knowledegable with wine pairings. Highly recommend if looking for options on the Drive.

    Our servers were great and super apologetic when the menu items that we requested were not available. The food we did have was good but it was a very limited selection to choose from. Great bottle of wine helped manage the disappointment.
