    Service was good. The short rib was tender but the sauce was a thick gravy that tasted like a can Dinty Moore stew had been opened and poured over the top. The plate was the short rib covered in gravy and a perfectly round mashed potato mass. Potatoes not great at all, you felt compelled to dip them in the gravy but the gravy was gross. Plate needed some broccoli or a carrot, something to bring it to life. Was the most unattractive and unappetizing plate of very, very marginal, almost bad food. Sad.

    Food was decent. Service was subpar. Servers were quite rude and also was poor. Took forever for anything to get to us or for anything to check on us.

    Great food, excellent service. I was on a date and the waiter gave us just the correct amount of attention and privacy.

    Of four meals, three were great and one terrible - the special fish so covered in goop you couldn’t fine the fish. However, this is the second time in a row we’re had bad service. The waiter was pleasant enough BUT service was way too slow. We didn’t get cocktails for 45 minutes, and our dinner orders weren’t taken for 55 minutes. The waiter is a pro, I’ll give him that - he is very good at not looking at your table when he is anywhere near so that you can’t beckon him. HIRE MORE HELP.

    we were sincerely impressed with our Time at the restaurant. The food was good. We still miss the traditional turkey meal with all of the fixings. I think they did a good job of reminding us of how good the Thanksgiving food experience really is. The green beans that were served were excellent, and the turkeys surprisingly was very tender needed a little more elevate the seasoning otherwise OK I will say that the service was excellent highlighted by the person who greeted us at the front door and the bartender Kevin and our waiter oh, spot on

    Our family of three adults enjoyed dining together on the Thanksgiving holiday. Our reservation was accommodated with a reasonable wait time to be seated. Waiting area inside was congested. We didn’t wait in the bar area as suggested by the hostess , as we didn’t want cocktails before dinner. This made it necessary for us to wait outside. It was a cold evening . The only fire pit seating group was occupied. Outside heaters were not turned on, so made for a cold wait. Luckily we were dressed in warm coats. Wait staff was pleasant, prompt with greeting and taking dinner orders. Food served within reasonable amount of time. Some items were served lukewarm throughout the meal . No opportunity to address food temp issues with wait staff. No beverages refilled. Size of servings was generous, generally nice presentation and quality. Starter dishes not cleared until we were able to request ,after my husband had finished his meal. Deserts were nicely packaged to enjoy at home as requested. Observed the were servers were busy throughout our time there. Additional servers may have contributed to a nicer experience. We expected little more at this price point, during a special holiday meal.Minimal holiday decor could have been enhanced for this special day. We are return customers, having celebrated holiday meals at Paul Martin’s with friends and family members over the last few years. This was not their best showing.

    Had reservations, but waited 20 mins. Food wasn’t consistence as far as warmth, delivery and completeness. Staff was working hard. Server was accommodating, conscientious and pleasant. Busy night for restaurant. Thankful
