Les fondateurs Brian Bennett et Paul Fleming visionnaient un restaurant dans leur voisinage - un endroit servant des plats faits de A à Z avec des ingrédients de première qualité, bien préparés en suivant des techniques simples, puis proposés à des prix abordables. C'est en adaptant ce concept et ces valeurs dans la cuisine du restaurant qu'est né l'établissement Paul Martin's American Grill. Aujourd'hui, sa devise est toujours « Délicieux & de Saison ». Il sert des viandes et des volailles fermières, des charcuteries et des fromages artisanaux ainsi que les meilleurs fruits de mer de pêcheries durables. En plus des plats, il propose des cocktails à base de spiritueux infusés maison, des bières artisanales ainsi qu'un choix de plus de 100 vins, dont la plupart sont disponibles au verre. Visited this location several times, made reservations 3 weeks ago for an inside table for 6 people for my husbands birthday. Arrived to the restaurant on time and was informed my party will be placed outside as the restaurant only have two tables that seat 6 people and tables are occupied. Very disappointed, if you only have two tables to seat 6 people close the restaurant options to pick inside or outside. We ended up seating at a tables that was cold and near the kitchen and canceling our parents from coming because they are older and could not seat in the cold for dinner. Ended up spending $450 for 4 people and left disappointed my husband could not have his parents attend. Note: the staff and food was food, no complaints.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Paul Martin’s American Grill in Rancho Cucamonga, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The ambiance was lovely, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere that made our evening special. The service was outstanding—friendly and attentive without being overbearing. Our server made sure we had everything we needed and added a personal touch to our dining experience. As for the food, it was absolutely delicious. I ordered the seafood pasta, which tasted incredibly fresh and was seasoned to perfection. My wife opted for the BBQ ribs, and they were a highlight of the meal. The meat was so tender it practically fell off the bone, and the BBQ sauce was sweet and flavorful. To top off our meal, we shared a cheesecake for dessert. It was, without a doubt, the best cheesecake I’ve ever had—creamy, rich, and simply divine. Overall, I highly recommend Paul Martin’s American Grill for anyone looking for a fantastic dining experience. Whether you’re celebrating a special occasion or just enjoying a night out, this place is sure to impress.

Place was busier than I had experienced in a while, but food and service not the quality it used to be. Staff used to always stress they were a "scratch kitchen", but tonight showed that could not be. Grilled chicken on the Asian Chicken Noodle salad was dry, tough and not even heated. Ordered an appetizer that never because the entrees literally were served within minutes of ordering.

Food was average at best. Prices are high for what you get. Mixed drinks taste great, but are pricey. Cost of the wine is very high for what you get. Been here 3 times now hopeful for better each visit. Time to reorg the restaurant plan. Expand the menu, give a larger portion for the cost or cut the price, wine doesn't need to be 5x the price of the bottle.

Janessica, our server, with a beautiful smile was friendly, attentive and made very good recommendations. She checked on us often to ask if there was anything we needed and came around to pour the wine from the bottle we ordered. She is truly an asset to Paul Martin's. In the future, we will definitely request to be seated at one of her tables. Thank you Janessica!

Once again, I went there for happy hour with my husband and made some great people at the bar. I will be coming here more often. I love the happy hour in the ambience here the food is great, especially the ribs and I didn’t know nothing about the eggs, but now that is my favorite to go to, thanks again for the great experience. An excellent stop for Steak Salad on Saturday night. Bustling with nice ambience. Staff went above and beyond to deliver excellent service.

Me and my husband went there for happy hour and trust me. He loves those ribs that they have on the happy hour and I love the stuff all of that that they gave me as well. The raspberry lemonade was awesome and I love the way they made the fried chicken extra crispy just the way I like it well well done we probably be going every week the way he ate those ribs. This is his favorite spot the best ribs he said he ever had.
