Les fondateurs Brian Bennett et Paul Fleming visionnaient un restaurant dans leur voisinage - un endroit servant des plats faits de A à Z avec des ingrédients de première qualité, bien préparés en suivant des techniques simples, puis proposés à des prix abordables. C'est en adaptant ce concept et ces valeurs dans la cuisine du restaurant qu'est né l'établissement Paul Martin's American Grill. Aujourd'hui, sa devise est toujours « Délicieux & de Saison ». Il sert des viandes et des volailles fermières, des charcuteries et des fromages artisanaux ainsi que les meilleurs fruits de mer de pêcheries durables. En plus des plats, il propose des cocktails à base de spiritueux infusés maison, des bières artisanales ainsi qu'un choix de plus de 100 vins, dont la plupart sont disponibles au verre. Ate here for Valentines day and had a great experience. We had a reservation and when we got there we were seated immediately. Food was delicious (short ribs and sea bass). Drinks were also good. My only issue is they dont serve a complete meal. Meals should include a vegetable. You have to order that separate. And for the price you pay quite disappointing. But still had a great experience. Highly recommend. Thank you

We had an amazing dinner last night. The service is amazing! Our steaks were cooked to perfection. Such a great cut! We recommend highly.

For a really busy Valentine’s Day rush, PM’s did a great job! The service was impeccable and the food was on point, as always!

My fiancé and I were excited to try Paul Martin’s American Grill for a nice dinner date, but unfortunately, our experience fell short of expectations. While our server was attentive and provided great service, it didn’t make up for the loud and disruptive atmosphere. The table next to us was especially obnoxious, making it difficult to enjoy our meal or have a conversation. It felt like the restaurant had no control over the noise level, which really detracted from what was supposed to be a nice dining experience. As for the food, it was just okay. The grilled asparagus, in particular, was disappointing—it had a mushy, stringy texture that was unappetizing. Overall, while the service was good, the atmosphere and food didn’t live up to what we were hoping for, and I’m not sure we’d return anytime soon.

After reading the reviews and seeing the photos of the food served there, I was intrigued to visit. So I went ahead and made reservations. We were sat rather quickly upon arrival. Michelle, our waitress, was so kind and welcoming. Since it was my first time there I had tons of questions for her regarding the menu. She gladly and willingly answered them. The ambience was amazing and the food was even better! I’ll recommend trying the Butter cake for those who wish to visit! Bon appétit!
