Having been to PAUL takeaways at airports and train stations in France and a Paul sit down restaurant I was pleasantly surprised to see the PAUL experience not only replicated in Vancouver, but uplifted. The food was great, the hot chocolate was the traditional Parisian hot chocolate. Awesome. And of course, even though we had a lot to eat… On the way out, we had to grab a few pastries for the road.

Very nice but disappointed that server wasn’t “on it” to bring food from kitchen in timely manner. So crepe was pretty cold when delivered. We had waited 1/2 hour for the food so ate anyway. We did let floor manager know and she was apologetic and gave us complimentary macaroons which was a nice touch. Thanks.

Although when the waitress took the order, she mentioned there was about a 40 mins wait for food, it ended up taking an hour before we got our food. And the worst part is, all of our 7 dishes were cold. Although they ended up providing a ‘customer satisfaction discount’, the overall experience was terrible. Terrible food, barely any service (also 18% service charge was applied by default)…this isn’t acceptable for a restaurant.

Our food took well over an hour to arrive and two of the orders were still wrong. Most of our food was also cold. They apologized but didn’t offer to fix or discount anything, it was a little disappointing. We used to love Paul but unfortunately I think this was our final visit.

Seemed understaffed for how busy it was, there was one poor waiter dealing with almost all the tables and seating people. Drinks took a very long time but overall pleasant atmosphere kind server and great food

The benedicts were tasty, and the chausson aux pommes we had for dessert after was just as tasty.

We had a reso and never got seated. We just stood there. There was 2 staff visible working the floor. Ppl were just taking food from the takeout counter and going to sit, while ppl with resos were just standing there. It was very unorganized, but the food did look good. We ended up leaving after waiting 25 min.

Our server was overwhelmed, not at all friendly. Food was cold when it arrived and one of our orders was incorrect. I had really high hopes and was super disappointed.

The food was overall good. We had the Brunch platter. Ot took quite a bit to get to the table but it was a busy day and it's a big meal so I get it. The service was very slow though. We got our orders taken quickly but then didn't see our server again until the food came and then sat waiting for an exceedingly long time to get our bill.
