It is always worth the wait to get the delicious freshly baked goods from the kitchen at Paul. The beautiful overhead skylight makes even an overcast day just a little bit brighter. The brunch menu choices are excellent! My favourite is Pain Perdu (you didn't expect them to call it French Toast did you...grin) with Maple Syrup or fresh berries with honey drizzled over it. But when you want simple and delicious I would go with Le Complet (includes a fluffy french omelette with a pastry and baguette). If you are gluten intolerant spin the wheel and choose again as this place is reserved for those of who dream about french pastries!

It's like a short trip to Paris. The Robson location has a beautiful ambiance with a large skylight over the restaurant portion. The baked goods are excellent and plentiful and the food fresh and well...dare I say...French! Encroiable!
