My steak I ordered medium it came with well done. Burnt even. Sausage was super dry . I have no idea how many reheats have been made . I asked for over hard egg it came sunny side super raw. I am extremely disappointed . Server was nice but very busy. First time dine at the dinning area, not impressed at all.

Very disappointing. Confusing entry - no one attentive there. We had to finally ask someone where we went when we had a reservation. Our waitress was barely present. She got my friend's order completely wrong. The good news was she did comp her. The food took forever to get there. I had asked for "medium" eggs - they were runny. Food was cold when it got to us. The saving grace of the meal, the hot chocolate (part of the festival). It was very good. I've been wanting to try this place for awhile. It was mediocre at best.

Nice location. Bustling cafe upfront, quieter dining area in the back. The restaurant wasn’t very busy, so it was surprising how little we saw our server. The food was good, but not amazing. It was as if it had sat under the heat lamp for 10 minutes or so. Paul’s signature hot chocolate was great to take out, but a .36 cup fee was annoying and obnoxious. Just add it to the price of the drink and don’t make it a line item on the bill. After spending $50 for 2 basic breakfast plates, I don’t want to feel nickel and dimed for a to go cup.

Sunday brunch is our favourite second time going. One word of caution don’t order too much food because the portions are very large. Staff are amazing and the ambiance reminds me of Paris.

Reservation was ready when. We arrived at bit early. Service is always fantastic and today was a very enjoyable happy Spanish waiter. Very personal service going above and beyond with my friends. Very enjoyable. Had the Crepe Suzette...delightful. food has never been a anything but outstanding. Of course the pastries are also world class. Only thing that we lamented from previous visits is the fact they nolonger have a synchronized video screen to the fantastic soft jazz playing in the restaurant. Used to be entertaining to see a band play on the huge screen singing the same music as n I n playing n in the restaurant. But again a very enjoyable experience and always a highlight for our Robson fix. Highly recommended.

I reserved a table but when I went there there was no difference between those who reserved and those who didn’t.. when I asked for a clarification no one bothered to help out they said I am the same as others and need to wait in the long queue, so I left and went elsewhere. Very bad customer service, never expected such well-known restaurant to be that careless.

Experience started decent but then the service started to get worse as the place got “busier”. They were understaffed for a Jan 1 brunch hour. I ordered a second coffee a third of the way into my meal and never got it. There was also a long line of customers waiting to be seated but wasn’t able to as they didn’t have the staff to bus the tables. So lots of empty dirty tables which resulted in waiting customers staring at you angrily if you’re just trying to finish your meal quickly. Food was decent. The mango chia was delicious. The salmon benny was fresh as well
