The food was nice, but some of the starters were small in size e.g. the Arancini. The service was very good. However, the ladies' toilets seem like an afterthought. It is also very difficult to get the toilet paper from the dispenser and there was toilet paper ripped up all over the floor as a consequence. Couldn't use the toilet even though there was toilet paper in the dispenser.

A great experience overall, lovely building and shops/restaurants. I'm sure I will return to buy lots of goodies! Pizza e Pasta was decent value and good food. Good place for a catch-up with friends. We had our table for as as long as we liked, as it happened, but I think 1.5 hours would have felt very rushed when you want to have an evening out.

Unfortunately our visit on this occasion was not good. The location of our table 201 lacked atmosphere and felt very on the side, not like sitting in the main part. Also our waitress was not very engaging and we could hardly hear her. Food great as always but it has put me off returning as our experience was not good.

I've bought takeaway pizza slices in Eaterly in Boston and one of the best pizza I recall eating in America (they like it different generally). However in London the pizza was disappointing, neither of us managed to finish it because it became boring, lacked flavour. Maybe the difference is a takeaway slice is small enough you don't get bored? Outer crust was nice, middle soggy. Starters, hummus was also a bit bland/flovourless, the beetroot added nothing except a slight beetroot taste and the colour. Best item was the calamari my partner ordered, light batter. Oevrall we agreed despite its handy location we'd be unlikely to return (to the pizza e pasta anyhwo).

A very disappointing meal. My wife's meatballs starter was very salty and her main meal of pasta with cod was a very small portion. My bruschetta starter was nice but my pizza main course wasn't, the crust was burnt virtually all the way around. We would not come here again.

Convenient location for Liverpool St station. Food quite tasty but pizza portions very large and pasta portions small. Rather noisy.

We did not enjoy our time or the food. Went there to celebrate a birthday. The food was horrific and also the service, got told that they can’t attend to us because they have some other important customers! Only had tap water as no drinks order was taken, food was sub standard, the pizza was raw and soggy and salty as well as the pasta. Asked for balsamic vinegar and chilli oil and kept on getting ignored. Not the best experience.

We found the majority of staff quite rude, one spilt my drink everywhere, didn't really apologise, and then wasn't going to replace the drink until I asked. We were still charged the service charge despite a phone and clothing covered in coke. Food was OK, no kids/smaller portion options beyond plain tomato pasta, expensive for what it was. Second visit and second time we were really underwhelmed unfortunately.
