I wouldn't return, the service was the worst I've ever encountered. No one appeared to be working for our table. Had to ask passing by waiters/waitresses for everything. To order, to clear the plates, dessert menu twice, had to pour own own drinks that were thrown at the table and beg for parmesan for our pasta. The front of house had the ordacity to tell us our table was only booked for 1.5 hours and we had been there for 2. I proceeded to explain if someone had bothered to wait on our table, we would have left earlier. Following the complaint, they continued to ignore our table, leaving us there for 3 hours in total. To top it off we were charged a service fee of 12.5% for waiting on our own table. Never again!

Really great food in a wonderful setting with great service. Really authentic Italian food, highly recommend. And the market is great to buy products to take home!

Embarrassingly bad experience for a business lunch (since I organised it and I'm Italian) with none of us being able to finish our food.

We ordered 3 pizzas. two pizzas were almost completely burnt. I didn't argue only because it's the first time it's happened. On previous occasions it had been done perfectly. The quality of the food remain excellent anyway

Terrible service A lot of waiting on staff floating around but no one seemed to be doing anything. Got my starter wrong despite repeating 3 times and we always had to ask for basic things rather than being asked

It was good but the restaurant was busy and the waiter tried to clear our starters whilst one of us was still eating! Food was good but here were two bad baby tomatoes in our salad which we pointed out to our waiter. Aperol Spritz perfect

Pretty solid tagliatelle but there was more meat sauce and not enough pasta. Not a huge big deal. They never fail to warn you that you only have 90 minutes to keep the table. We were done in under 45 so there! Haha

The folded pizza was dry and inedible. The service was slow despite hundreds of waiters walking around.

The staff were excellent and very attentive. The food was good, nothing to grumble about. You do feel like you are sitting in the middle of a food hall.
