Passions on the Beach at Amsterdam Manor is a destination for visitors all across the island to come and experience it’s one of a kind magical atmosphere and an ideal location for wedding parties and other special events. At Passions on the Beach, you are treated to the finest meal on Eagle Beach. Passions is open every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch are served on the beach deck. Dinner is served on the beach. Last seating 10:00 pm

Enjoy the sun setting over the beautiful Caribbean Sea as the waves crash against the sugar sand beach making music to your ears. As it gets darker, the soft lights of tiki torches illuminate the night adding to the enchantment of your dining experience. Our server Avril was great. The meal was incredible. we had salmon and the bourbon steak and they both were delicious and perfect! Asparagus was cooked to perfection. The ocean view and sounds of the waves and the live music was incredible and the table settings were beautiful as well. We highly recommend passions!

You can’t beat Passions for ambiance — right in the beach. If you’re a little unsteady walking on sand or sitting in chairs that sink in the sand, this may not be your place. Food was very good and served beautifully with good portions. While all the staff was very pleasant…..there’s almost too many different players for each table. We also had an experience where a server presented our appetizers and my daughter started poking around her dish (low table lighting so couldn’t see her food) when the server literally said “stop stop” and grabbed her plate — it was not her appetizer. No apologize — rudely raised his voice as if she did something wrong and grabbed her plate.

Great night on the sand. We booked later in the night so most people were leaving. All staff were attentive filling waters and clearing the table. There were numerous vegan options for me.

This was our second dining experience at Passions on the Beach and we were not disappointed! From the welcoming drinks while we waited on our table to our friendly, accommodating servers, our experience was quite memorable. The atmosphere was very romantic as we enjoyed a table on the sandy Eagle Beach where we could watch the beautiful evening sunset and the boats cruising by. Ollie was an excellent server. It was evident that he wanted us to enjoy our our time at Passions from beginning to end. The food was delicious and lived up to our expectations. We will definitely return to Passions on the Beach! Five Star Dining Experience!

Great all around, food, music, dining in the beach…. What more do you need. Servers were all polite and engaging. Have been enjoying there service for several years and pleased to see them continue to innovate and grow. Will be back! WS

I had the chicken stir fry , hubby had lamb chops. Everything was excellent and cooked to perfection. It was my bday and they brought me a piece of cheesecake and Happy Birthday written on a plate, in chocolate!! Being on the beach was amazing, set the mood for a romantic dinner. U need to dine here, it’s fabulous!!

First time in Aruba and was looking for something romantic by the water for a birthday dinner. This place did not disappoint and food was extremely delicious. Will highly recommend.
