Outstanding afternoon celebrating a friend's birthday. Matt and another young lady, whose name also began with an "M" were delightful and outstanding servers. Chef Dixon visited with us as well. It was a great experience for the birthday girl. We all agreed that Passarella's was the best venue on the Boardwalk.

This place could be so great but the service is terrible. The patio music from ambriza is far too loud. Patio views are great. They should consider the little fans to deter the flies. It took 15 min to get out drinks. Bread came out with no plates or napkins/flatware. Food was good but again, service was terrible.

The volume of our neighbor(s) can sometimes be overwhelming and in the past we have asked them to lower the music with no issues. The food was pretty good, but our waitress never checked on our table to ask for refills or anything we always had to call her over and she didn’t tell us how much adding on something cost until it was time to pay.

We are sorry you had a bad experience here at Passerella. Were you able to speak to a manager on duty or the chef? This is something we absolutely would have corrected at the time of your visit and is not within our standard of service. We will coach our staff to be more aware of this in the future. We always enjoy this restaurant, however last night things were a little different. We ordered old fashions which part of the drink is the large ice cube which doesn't melt easily. We received drinks with alot of small ice in it. Upon asking we were told the large ice wasn't available. Our food was very good; no complaints. We then ordered the Budino, an Italian pudding dessert. We always order it and love it, however it came to us and it had never set and was runny. They had a large party out on the patio and maybe they just couldn't handle it all. I think it will be a while before we return.

Lovely as usual! Naldo provided his warm hospitality, and Michael is an outstanding server. Food was delicious!

I had such a wonderful time at the Passarella bar. Naldo and Mike were so warm and friendly. The espresso martinis were fantastic and the food was so yummy. I will definitely be going back again soon.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had dining. The food was horrible. The chef came out to ask what we didn’t like. After we asked the waiter not to have the chef come out. The chef basically argued about his food. It was the weirdest experience I’ve had at a restaurant that is supposed to be classy. The staff manager included explained to me” that’s how the chef is”. A proceeded to explain his negative experiences working with the chef. Just over all very unprofessional experience and horrible food. Towne lake food is going down hill.

I could not even get a drink in a mostly empty restaurant. My wife and I walked out. Worst service I have ever had in restaurant like this.

Unfortunately, the food was not as expected The soups and lasagna were warm, not hot The shrimp were the frozen kind, not fresh. You could feel it in texture and flavor The pizzas were delicious, but my dad's took so long to come to the tablet that the rest of us were already done with dinner Pastas were acceptable First time and last time there (I paid the full bill for all the items requested, even if not satisfied with the meal. Also a free dessert can't compensate for a bad quality experience overall. Please do not insult your clients with a free deseert when things are not done properly) Thanks
