    Spent 45 minutes waiting for a table after my reservation time. It was clear they had overbooked and poorly planned for the valentines day service. I was very underwhelmed with the wine selection, only three reds available, two of which we had and were not very pleased with. The food was quite good, the ambiance was pretty nice, but nothing excellent. Service felt like it was lacking professionalism and experience. Overall, it is a new restaurant and I am confident they can work out the rough spots with more experience.

    Prepaid for the Valentine’s Day experience at $125 a pop. We got pushed 35 minutes past an 8:30 reservation, and only got seated when we accepted the chefs table. It took 2.5 hours to serve 4 courses. They “lost” our order twice. Lamb was served “well” bordering on “well done” which was terrible. Our server was amazing, so sweet and apologized, but needless to say we won’t be coming back.

    Our experience here could not have been worse. We dined for Valentine’s Day and paid $300 in advance (for two) for a prefixed menu. When we arrived for our reservation we were told that no tables were available and we needed to wait. The hostess quoted us “5 minutes” which was an insanely inaccurate estimate. Our reservation was for 8pm. We were not seated till nearly 8:40pm… During our wait, managers Bryce and Orlando tried to accommodate by offering a cocktail on the house. Problem being, we were not addressed until after we expressed to the host (multiple times- 15 mins past our reservation time, then again 30 mins past our reservation time) that without our reservation time being honored we were no longer interested in dining. They assured us that we would be seated “immediately, but the hosts solution (30+ minutes into our wait) was seating us at the bar or a communal table, not the private table we reserved. This was again unacceptable, and required managerial attention to get us a table we RESERVED and prepaid for. We attempted to sit and enjoy the meal given we were starving, but even after being nearly an hour past our reservation time, the ball was still dropped when it came to our food. We were at our table for an hour, and barley got the 2nd course (4 total). Given the extreme delays on both seating and food service, we left. We had an 8pm dinner, and a 10pm show. Since our meals still had not been served by 9:30pm, we ended up without a dinner at all for Valentine’s Day. This establishments inability to prepare for reservations they knew they had, diminished any interest in ever returning or recommending this place. In addition to the poor host attitudes and timely table assignments, the kitchen could not get out a meal in an HOUR even though the menu was limited and pre-set. Horrible experience. So I ask this establishment, was the extreme overbooking/ prepaid requirement of a money grab, worth the decimation of your reputation?

    Great place to take someone you love we where there we didn’t feel neglected we felt like are needs mattered and the staff was very attentive

    We had a fun breakfast and they even provided a champagne toast since we were celebrating two birthdays. Our server was excellent, the food was great and they have really good coffee in cozy ceramic mugs.

    This is my third meal at Pasque. I'm not sure I'll return. The initially free valet service is now $12. My food was overly salted. The waiter disappeared despite the restaurant being relatively empty.

    From the beginning request to leave a smear of Camembert off a main being turned down to being to being told everything had to be ordered at the same time, nothing about this restaurant is for the benefit of the diner. The lobster in toast was overcooked and flavorless as was the duck breast. When we inquired about the fish, we were told the menus were misprinted. It was a very expensive non meal we’ve had and we fine out in Denver 2 to 3 times a week.
