Alisa was an excellent server, and her recommendations were spot on. Loved the Halibut, onion dip, and savory bingets.

Very nice vibe. Hotel is beautiful. Food very good, but super small portions. I "get" the approach, but main courses should have more than 3 ounces of meat, especially chicken.

Although I think they are most likely still working dishes out with the hotel/restaurants opening only a couple of weeks ago, the service at lunch was friendly, approachable, and attentive, and we enjoyed the food (presentation and flavor). They could be more generous with the Mushroom Soup serving size (barely a cup), or serve something with it on the side, but the flavor was good, and the Farm Salad was lovely. My friend inquired about dessert at lunch, which she rarely does, and was a touch disappointed to learn they only had cookies for dessert at lunch (our server suggested to come back at the dinner service for dessert). The ambiance has a 'New York-ish' feel, for Denver I guess, which we found enjoyable, and I support the sustainable concept. I would recommend it and will go back, especially with friends from out of town, to try more menu options and for the conversation that surrounds the architecture and concept. We had an overall pleasant lunch experience.

I found it very strange that we were sat at the table next to the front door. When we sat down, there were many empty tables in the restaurant, but I assumed they were for reservations. Throughout our meal they remained empty. My wife had her coat on during dinner because of the cold coming in every time someone entered. I never say anything about where we are sat because I assume the host staff had a plan for the evening. The food was good. Though limited in options, there is a variety of dishes. Many things are heavily sauced, even dessert. I did appreciate the textures in many of the dishes we tried, especially the salads. The cocktails were inventive and well balanced. Ambiance is lively and decor is very nice. Our server, Hebah, was friendly and attentive. When asked about the decor, she was knowledgeable and passionate.

Hello there, Thank you for joining us for dinner and your constructive criticism. Our intentions are to always to prioritize the guest experience which includes seating. I'm sorry you had to sit next to the door. Next time we will make sure to sit guests away from the door when available. In the future, we do plan on seasonal menus. We hope you can visit us again soon.

An enjoyable atmosphere, wonderful staff, and just okay food. The presentation for every dish was beautiful, but the flavors were missing. We started with the savory beignets, which were the best dish. The Maine Lobster was fine, really could have used more flavor. The Alaskan Halibut was alright, mostly bland flavors. Hope to see some improvements to the dishes!

This restaurant has a lot of potential. It is a beautiful space, and the food was very good. The cocktails could use some refinement, but were fine. Our server was well intentioned but a bit stiff or maybe just inexperienced. Lots of ill-timed interruptions and we felt rushed out. I think they'll get the hang of it over time, but needs some work.

Great ambiance and food! Every dish we had was delicious and great wine choices by the glass. Service was on point too. We definitely found our new Sunday Pre-Theatre restaurant.

Lovely ambience, however it still feels like a hotel lobby which I was hoping they would have been able to hide better through design. We arrived 10 minutes early for our reservation, but were not sat until 10 or more minutes after our booked time. I understand things happen, but it became apparent that they accidentally gave our table to the wrong party and ended up seating a group of 4 at a small & low cocktail table (meant for 2-3). We intended on having full course meals for four, so having a very small and low cocktail table made it very challenging to maneuver. The appetizers started out well and we generally enjoyed them- they were creative and had good flavors. When our entrees came we couldn’t fit the plates, glassware etc. on the table, but we did our best to make it work. Upon biting into the chicken dish, it was not fully cooked and had the texture of undercooked chicken- we actually had to spit it out due to this. We then cut into the rest to check how well it was cooked and it appeared pink and undercooked in some areas. It was not edible. We also got the Alaskan halibut which unfortunately was also undercooked throughout the middle. The halibut was only flaky on the sides and was also pink and undercooked middle. Not white and flaky as halibut should be. Lastly, the ragu was overly salted & I’m someone who loves salt and probably can handle more than others. I still felt it was significantly overly salted to the point I only had two bites. When we let our server know, who was very nice by the way, she took the fish and chicken back to the kitchen. She then came back and said that the kitchen thought it “was cooked enough to eat.” Unfortunately, that is just not something an experienced fine dining server should ever say. They offered us complimentary dessert which we ordered instead of recooking the entrees which is fine, but when our bill came both the undercooked fish, chicken and desserts were on the bill. They removed them after we asked.
