Inspired by the opulent flavors of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean cuisine, our dishes are comprised of fresh ingredients sourced from over 25 different local purveyors including Field Day Farm, Freedom Run Farm, 3D Valley Farm, Frondosa Farms, and Barr Farms.
The menu includes made in house pastas, breads paired alongside land and sea paella dishes, vegetarian and omnivore centric entrees, and sharable sides.
Innovative yet simple signature dishes include:
Spicy Greens & Charred Beans Salad with crispy caper and onion vinaigrette;
Harissa Cauliflower Steak with smoked olive, toasted sunflower, coriander gremolata and torn herbs;
Freedom Run Farm Lamb Burger & Potato Wedges with Mahón, Harissa onion jam and Berbère aioli;
NY Strip Steak with patatas bravas, zhug oil and watercress.
Chef Jeremy Frederiksen and his team use our wood fire cookery alongside our favorite spices to create a balanced and authentic culinary experience.

Dining room is gorgeous. The food was so good—the land paella was rich, flavorful, and the rice was perfectly cooked including the chewy parts in the “crust” which is one of my favorite parts of paella. The service was concerning. A restaurant that clearly values the importance of excellent food and decor should also have outstanding service. There was confusion about where our server was initially and the one that ended up serving us was disengaged and inattentive. For the price and experience this is unacceptable. But since the food and decor were so good, I’ll likely try it again, if for no other reason to get the paella again.

I had an incredible dining experience at Paseo! The sea paella was absolutely outstanding. Packed with fresh, perfectly cooked seafood, and the flavors were rich and authentic. It was easily one of the best paellas I’ve ever had. Another highlight was the hummus brulee, it was simply amazing, creamy, and full of flavor. I wasn’t expecting such a standout dish, but it truly exceeded my expectations. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance made the evening even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!!

Amazing food and cocktails- delightful and fun service- attentive but not over the top. The noise level was a little loud but as larger parties left- it was easier to have a conversation. Loved it! Don’t hesitate- go!

Service was friendly and checked in frequently. Food was very good. We had the hummus brûlée which was amazing - but enough for 4 people to share. We had the beet salad and lamb pasta which were both very good. We will be back!

Amazing food with true Spanish combinations. Big portions and excellent waiter. Highly recommend for brunch or a friends gathering.

We had only recently heard about Paseo, so had to try it. They have mastered the art of unique dining. Their dinner menu was filled with unusual options, so our group of four tried a little of everything we could. Our server was fast and very charming. She knew the menu and made excellent suggestions. Our choices were spectacular and reasonably priced. Our drinks were served promptly and were most refreshing. The outdoor seating by the pool was a perfect setting on a delightful evening. We will go back soon!

Been to the restaurant a couple of times, the food is updated and fresh. Great space and friendly service. The grain bowl for lunch is great. The beets and labneh on the dinner menu are spectacular!

My husband and I ate here on a whim this week. It was a lovely experience from start to end. We got the labneh dish, I got hummus and wedges and he got the sea bass.. each of them were delicious. We were waited on by Kerry, who was lovely and brought a certain vibe to the night that was perfect. Halfway through dinner, we were joined by a small jazz duo and it was a perfect addition to the space and ambiance. I definitely want to go back and enjoy all the dishes above, again.. and try the chocolate cake :)

Good creative food. Excellent service from Michael. Best beat salad in town. As an alcohol free person I appreciate the mocktail menu.
