Poor service and extremely expensive and you leave hungry still. They never checked on us once, brought the food out very late, and brought chips and salsa after they brought out our entrees. They also didn’t validate our parking so we had to pay $40 parking in downtown Disney. Not a fan and won’t be coming back

Some of the best Mexican seafood. Pleasantly surprised how good it was for Disney and I didn't have to use their stupid Disney app to reserve a table. Loved that we were seated earlier than our reservation time. n

We went the evening of Friday Oct. 25 and enjoyed a great upscale culinary experience to celebrate our anniversary. Happy with the food, had amazing pork, the chili relleno, smoky cocktails and pleasant, attentive service. Sat on the balcony and Hannah was our server, who was both down to earth and professional. We’ll be back, highly recommend.

Everything was delicious! After 6 hours at Disneyland and on our feet, it was so nice to sit and have an awesome dinner with nice adult drinks and the service was amazing from every staff member!

I absolutely loved everything we ordered at this restaurant. We used to dine at this place when it was Catal and I was very disappointed when I heard that they had closed Catal and now a new restaurant, Paseo, was in its place. But I was pleasantly surprised. Paseo is on a different higher level. The food is very innovative and delicious and has great presentation. Will definitely visit again. Our server was also very nice. The carne asada was superb. We ordered 6 appetizers too and everyone was a delight! What a wonderful surprise in Downtown Disney!

I experienced Paseo during the first month of opening and I was blown away with food, service, ambiance. Did not like the booths because it is hard to have a conversation but overall I had a great experience. I went back to Paseo recently, telling my dinner party that it was awesome and they would love it. Expectations were high and the restaurant underdelivered, the service was slow, the food was ok. some menu items that we had loved were not longer offered. The Dish that had won a Michelin star was not the same as when I tasted it Food was still good but not exceptional like the first time I visited.

Knowing it is a tourist trap helps, and kind of expected due to its location. So, just be aware. Service was not very good. Waiter took some time to show up. We had to remind a server to bring us water. Twice. We had to ask to get a refill of hot water for tea. No proactive service from waiter. Food took a long time to arrive. It was ok but nothing to write home about and for what it was, very overpriced. Not a bad experience if you have time and money to spare. For my wife and I, a bit disappointing. We expected better.

We came here to celebrate my Mom’s birthday. I had been to Paseo before and had a great experience so I suggested to my family that we bring Mom here. We were running late after waiting in the line at security and I called to let the restaurant know we were on our way and they were very nice about it. Food and drinks were great just like last time but service was so dismal it put a real damper on our celebration. Each time we had to ask for something, our server seemed annoyed and took forever to come back. We ordered four small plates/appetizers to start and with cocktails and share plates on the table, space was at a premium but empty plates were not cleared to make room. Everything did get cleared before entrees…including our silverware. While we waited for entrees I wondered if anyone would bring us forks and knives before our food arrived. Our food came, without utensils. We asked for silverware and then awkwardly sat there staring at our food. Utensils did arrive but my Father was still waiting for his entree. Since we had already waited for forks we just decided to start eating. His entree, the red snapper, did eventually come and he was very happy with it. We were also short a steak knife. I asked for one but it never arrived. The table ended up awkwardly sharing one steak knife for the whole meal, passing it back and forth. In my reservation I did note that we were celebrating my Mom’s birthday but no mention of it was made at all. Definitely didn’t expect anything free but this is a fine dining establishment at a Disney resort. I thought someone would at least wish my Mom a happy birthday or thank her for celebrating there. The food at Paseo is wonderful and I will certainly be back. I just hope service improves.
