    Tory did an excellent job. This was our first time there and she didn’t know it until later through the experience. This showed us that she treats all of her customers with kindness and respect. Tory had an outstanding attitude and checked on us periodically. Cudos to Tory. Please ensure to add this to her performance file. Great customer service. The restaurant overall; was excellent! My husband loved it! Especially those explorers; he was so amazed by this resource/technology used to help assist the servers. Thanks The Hills Theresa and Tavare

    Chicken and macaroni and cheese were outstanding! Collard greens were good but a tad salty. I’d definitely go back. Enjoyable experience!

    Had a wonderful meal today with hubby. Everything was good, including the valet parking. Will definitely return to enjoy great soul food.

    Overall everything was nice but wondered how your gratuity works! I brought new people, and they loved the food as we tried each other's dish. I will definitely be back again. I was nt impressed with my to go dinner, my ribs were hard, too well done.

    Had a great dinner at Paschal’s. We really enjoyed the fried chicken, so flavorful and crispy. The veggies were good too, we tried the brussels, collards, and green beans. Don’t forget to have dessert.

    It was a wonderful dining experience. The service was prompt and professional. Me and my guests were verbally impressed by the use of robots to bring dishes to the table. I will visit again.

    Eating lunch at Paschal’s Restaurant & Bar with my friends was the perfect ending to my birthday weekend. The food was excellent, our server Tori was fantastic, and the ambiance of the restaurant was delightful. However, I suggest reconsidering the valet parking service. Given the small parking lot directly across from the restaurant, it might be more efficient to simply charge $5 for parking and have someone direct cars to available spots. The valet staff seemed more of an inconvenience than a help. For example, one customer with a Tesla couldn’t give the valet their phone key, and another preferred paying $10 to park across the street rather than deal with the valet. Additionally, a few patrons had to wait because the restaurant didn’t open exactly at 11:00 a.m.
