Family owned and operated farm brewery located in Idyllic Prince Edward County. Every beer tells a story. Gaining inspiration from the rich County history and culture our family owned and operated farm brewery encompasses two 150 year old - heritage lumber buildings that were disassembled, moved and re-purposed as our bottle shop and tap room. Our expansive beer garden features alfresco dining from our Outdoor Kitchen, enjoy the unstructured playground with your little ones.

Connecting beer to the County’s agricultural heritage, our menu showcases flavours that are a reflection of our diverse cultural background. You’ll find Latin American and Asian flavours peppered throughout along with beer-loving classics. Chef Sean Finnerty works closely with local farmers and producers to source the freshest ingredients available.

Parsons was not very busy on July first when we went to our surprise. But if you like tasty food and a good beer you are the right place. You will find an ale for every taste. The food was delicious. If you are in the area Parsons is a must.

Great atmosphere. The smash burger was great and the Moustrap Pale Ale and Radler were so good, we came home with some!!

Good food, excellent beer. Competent service. Always a pleasure to go there. We enjoyed sharing several dishes. The broccolini was outstanding and the focaccia one of the best I have tasted.

Lovely patio setting. With great food and beer. However, the portion size for lunch was small for the cost. As well, service as a bit slow.

Even though we made the reservation for 6h30, it was difficult to get a table, we found one by ourselves because the poor young girl seemed to be very alone at that task, without any support Also, our order which was a burger and a Caesar salad, took 90 minutes to arrive. And that is after 4 follow up with staff Management seem to be absent as the kitchen appeared to be struggling a lot As a frequent Visitor of micro brewery s (+50/year), I would say That was a bad experience On a positive note, the food and the beer were excellent To the owner and manager, don’t get blinded or short-sited by high volume of customers. A better support of your staff over process and decision-making will improve customer experience and repeat business Take care Jean B Business certified coach
