Roaring log fires, an eclectic collection of 20th-century portraits and a traditional yet glamorous setting for a stylish Christmas celebration. As always the Parsonage Grill is open throughout December and our Christmas Party Menu is available from 20th November to 24th December, and can only be booked in advance for parties of 5+ guests. Our Events team will be in contact to arrange a pre order.

We sat in the covered courtyard which was lovely (they even had heaters and blankets available in case the evening got too chilly!), and everything was delicious. Our server was also incredibly friendly and helpful. ADORE this restaurant!

The Parsonage provides the perfect retreat for quiet business meetings over food. The breakfast menu is a delight, catering for all tastes. The service is impeccable. And the ambience quiet and relaxing.

A great venue for a quiet, leisurely lunch with old friends. Dry martinis at the bar, excellent food, a good choice of wines and our server, Lily, was charm personified.

We were shown to a window table which was pleasant although in a fairly dark corner. We ordered the risotto which was delicious and a delicious steak with a very fresh butter leaf salad The only downside was a dozen or so tiny persistent flies hovering over our table. Staff were very friendly and helpful

The waiting staff were very rude, unattentive and not interested. The restaurant was full and cramped and there was not enough staff to cover the amount of covers. My party were served different parts of their meals at different times to others and food was going cold when it arrived. Very disappointing.

Enjoyed a superb Monkfish in Lobster Sauce Main course and my friend thoroughly enjoyed the Rabbit Pie. The Chef needs to be praised thoroughly.

Brilliant Sunday roast - only comment would be to give one more piece of beef. It was great, the server we had she was so lovely and personable! The chef who made the sticky toffee also came out to talk and ask how we felt his new recipe was which we thought was so great to look for feedback! So impressed, will be back
