The steak tartare and duck confit were the stars. I will also be dreaming about that sour dough bread forever. Service was charming and attentive with a lovely birthday touch for my partner. We felt very taken care of! Thank you so much, we will be back!

A warm welcome; a causally elegant space, and nuanced and delicious food. Everything you want in a great French Bistro, topped with an extra layer of gracious care from Lexi and the staff team. Merci!

The mid-week pre-fix is a great addition to the menu of delicious offerings, not to mention a really good deal. Both the sea bream and pork shoulder were delectable, as was the rice dish. Lovely patio, superb wine, and attentive service. Pleased to hear that the pre-fix items rotate on a regular basis - can’t wait to return!

A restaurant that is 5 stars across the board, but with an overall warm, relaxed atmosphere. The staff is welcoming and attentive, without being intrusive. Every course was well thought out and perfectly executed, both in taste and presentation . Great innovative cocktails and an extensive wine list. Highly recommended!

Always a fantastic experience with amazing food and impeccable service. Sommelier paired an insanely nice bottle of wine with our food. We'll be back soon.

Excellent food. Service was extraordinarily slow. Meal took an unnecessary 3 hours. Cocktails and first two courses were reasonably paced. Main course was delayed then took forever to bring the dessert menus, bring the desserts and finally bring the bill. In retrospect would have skipped dessert and asked for the bill after the main if we had known how long the rest would take.

Loved my dinner experience here! The service was top notch, and every dish we ordered was delicious. I particularly recommend the steak frites, anything with mushrooms in it, and the asparagus side dish. Decor is sumptuous and the staff friendly and prompt.

We were super excited to go to this restaurant. When we got there, on a Tuesday at 7:30pm, there as only 1 other table in the restaurant and another 2 outside. Surprising, but I guess it's summer and people are elsewhere? Waitress was very nice at first, explained the menu. Said the dishes are big and not to worry about the amount of food as we asked her if we ordered enough when we placed our order. (we were 5 woman). The 2nd round of drinks took a long time to order and then when they came (cocktails) they were warm which is odd seeing as they should have been shaken on ice. Food came out, mushroom crockets, very good. Salt cod bagnets good too. Then the salad came out, which we ordered one to share amongst us seeing as she said all dishes were nice and big. It came out on a side plate. Seriously, it was the smallest salad I'd ever seen. We laughed and ordered another one. The salad, delicious. Then the 2 pasta's and steak came out. The seafood linguine was a joke for a Michelin guide restaurant. It had mini shrimps - yep, the mini frozen bag shrimp. Terrible. And the size of the pasta - again, it was child sized. And we even asked our waitress - you call this big? We were 5 woman eating family style and were totally willing to order more food but she's the one who told us we had enough and everything was big. The leek pasta, that was good. The steak - nicely done but the fries, super salty. We ordered wine with our dinner - 4 different glasses as we all liked different kinds. It took 12-15 mins to get our wine - and by this time we were the only table in the restaurant. We had been done eating for 15 mins before anyone cleared our plates. We ordered some desert to share. 2 deserts came, no plates for ourselves, just spoons to dig into the desert. No offer for coffee, latte, nothing. Very unfortunate experience and would never go back. Unfortunate Michelin Guide experience.

A lovely find in the heart of Toronto. Elegant decor, attentive service. The rock-oriented soundrack in the background didn't suit the setting — the (at times) squealing guitars were distracting for people trying to have a conversation. But the environment is otherwise elegant, attractive and comfortable. My main course, pasta made with nettles, was underseasoned — rather bland. It needed more herbs and had a sweet aftertaste that was rather cloying. Perhaps some citrus zest would have cut the sweetness. My dinner companion had a cheese plate — a single cheese selection — in place of dessert. It was presented rather oddly, in an unappetizing manner, crowded onto a tiny dessert plate with three little slices of baguette. He found it quite unappealing, particularly after his recent stay in France, where cheese plates are presented rather differently.
