    Parlor Bar has a cool, old “parlor” vibe - beautiful wallpaper, booths, bar and more. It was a very slow Thursday. Our server was incredible and the drinks were very good. While the appetizers (arancini, chorizo stuffed shrimp) were tasty, the entrees (steak frites, prosciutto and mozzarella stuffed chicken) were underwhelming. We would return for drinks and the cool atmosphere, but would skip dinner.

    A delicious spot to avoid tourists and relax . The staff was very friendly and attentive and the menu did not disappoint

    The food and drinks were great! All of us - 4 adults and 3 kids - enjoyed our meals and apps. The pool table was a hit with the kids. We were there in the earlier side (thanks to bringing the kids) but look forward to coming back for another meal sans kids!!

    I was completely surprised and blown away by the Parlor. It was a last minute mother's day reservation and it was not packed so my expectations were quite low. I could not have been more wrong. Probably the best burger I've had in a long time, definitely the best in Newport by far. My wife and daughter both loved their meals as well. A totally hidden gem in Newport.

    Food and service were very good. Ambiance with seats next to the fireplace was very comfortable. We both eat GF. There were some choices but not too many. Our dinners were very tasty.

    First time at this restaurant- excellent service and the food was great! Busy weekend night but we were seated right when we got there ! Definitely will be coming back !

    I ordered the steak frites medium rare, came out burnt and well done. They were able to cook me another - it was medium and still burnt. Drinks were tasty.
