Welcome to Parklands Tavern, a family friendly pub located in Meridan Plains on the beautiful Sunshine Coast. We are locally owned and operated by Sunshine Coast Hotels Pty Ltd.

Parklands Tavern was established as a garden oasis, a relaxed and inviting environment that reflects typical Australian hospitality and ease.

The Yard, our outdoor space offers vintage brick paving, a vintage tractor, arbour and established gardens. Sit at the barrels and enjoy a cold beverage during the day or join us at night under the naked bulb lights.

The kitchen team uses only the freshest and best quality ingredients with locally sourced produce with daily visits to our own vegetable garden beds and citrus grove to offer a well-balanced, delicious Australian pub bistro menu with plenty of variety for all tastes.

Join us for the biggest racing day of the year! Sparkling cocktail on arrival, 2 course, entree and main, sweep stakes, full TAB facilities, raffles and prizes for best dressed. The atmosphere is going to be electric as silence descends on the whole venue and the horses get loaded for Race 7 in Flemington. Cheers will ring out and everyone will go wild! You won't want to miss out on the action! $69 a head with $1 processing fee added.

Love Parklands Tavern with both indoor and outdoor dining. Table service is generally good although they have a habit of forgetting to bring your entire drinks order, but food always gets brought to table in a good time (not too fast, but not waiting forever). Most things on the menu are above average to excellent. Medium Rump steak was done to perfection, mushroom tacos were tasty but more of a mini burrito than a taco, still great though.

Seniors lunch represents good value. Plenty of choice to suit most tastes & dietary requirements.

Brilliant as always. Staff were very accommodating and we were able to move inside for coffee and cake after having a glorious lunch outside. I had the delicious vegetarian pizza and an ice cold alcoholic ginger beer. Coffee and scones topped off the lunch. One of our favourite venues.

A couple of us had the Steak sandwich with chips, absolutely delicious and great value. Always a Treat 😊

Very attentive and friendly, apologised for a delay in one of the dishes and offered a free round of drinks for the inconvenience. Helped us move our meals to a table in a shady spot, got a bowl of water for our dog. Really couldn't have been more helpful. A definite favourite of ours.

Food and service was great. Only exception was the mojito which is not a cheap.drink was pretty bland and took and the wait time felt linger than it should be so drinks came out separately.

Rump steak - was a stand out seasoned perfectly and cooked to perfection. Waitress was so pleasant and extremely helpful and accommodating. Fantastic experience - Well done all! We will be back!

Hi Very disappointed. We come about once a week and reserved our usual spot. But all four places taken and the specific request forgotten. Important for my wife who is not that mobile to sit in the booth area. The young girl was vey apologetic but no sign of the manager. So we left and had lunch elsewhere.
