Park est une distillerie artisanale inspirée des lodges de l'arrière-pays au cœur du centre-ville de Banff. Rassemblez-vous autour d'une cuisine inspirée d'un feu de camp et de spécialités de rôtisserie au feu de bois associées à nos spiritueux primés en petites quantités distillés sur place. Nous sommes la seule distillerie située dans un parc national canadien, alors ne manquez pas nos visites quotidiennes gratuites de la distillerie pour un aperçu exclusif de notre distillerie boutique, où nous moulons, écrasons et distillons à la main pour préserver la pureté de nos ingrédients. . Nos esprits ne ressemblent à aucun autre au monde, car il n'y a pas d'autre endroit au monde comme Banff.

We shared such a lovely meal as part of the Taste for Adventure Banff special menu! Amazing meats and flavours, drinks were also great. Lovely service. 10/10 as always, recommend!

Our server was the hilight of the meal. Drinks and food were excellent and we really enjoyed our experience.

I’ve had positive experiences at Park Distillery in the past, but my recent visit was disappointing, particularly due to the front-of-house staff. Upon arrival without a reservation, we were met with a dismissive hostess who seemed more interested in her power than in providing good service. The hostess's arrogant attitude made it hard to trust that the restaurant was genuinely full. A little better training and a reminder about the importance of providing an excellent customer experience would go a long way. She barely checked the booking system, and couldn’t offer a rough estimate on how long the wait might be. After leaving, and then checking OpenTable (we really wanted to eat here) and finding availability, I made a reservation and returned a while later. At that time I was upfront and honest about finding open tables on “open table” and making my reso, only to be met with a snarky response from the hostess, who insisted I would have to wait because I had just booked it. This felt unreasonable, especially when the system showed open tables. What’s the point of the booking system - and what if it was someone new altogether? Would she have sat them? While the food remains enjoyable, the lack of professionalism and customer service left a sour note. How you make someone feel matters, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

I first ordered a cup of coffee and when served it was luke warm. The waiter went a brewed a new pot and brought me a nice hot cup of coffee. The caesar salad starter was very good and plenty for 2 of us to share. My dinner was a steak with fries and crispy onions. The steak was cooked the way I liked it but I needed to ask for a steak knife to be able to cut it. The fries were frozen shoe string variety that were hard and cold. The crispy onion bits were straight out of a can. My partners chicken was quite good but the potatoes were so over salted she couldn't eat them. The other patrons seemed to be enjoying themselves (it is a bar with a bar atmosphere).

Overall a good experience. I had the salmon and the Park style old fashion cocktail which were both delightful!. Others at our table enjoyed their meals as well. Unfortunately I burnt my hand on the cast iron skillet when trying to turn the small plate our appetizer was on (spinach artichoke dip). I would recommend using a different method to serve this or at least a plate big enough that the entire pan and handle are protected while serving. This was quite painful and lasted til the morning. Despite this little accident I would recommend Park for the atmosphere, food and interesting cocktails.

We have had the platter here before and loved it so we ordered it again this day. Unfortunately it was not as good as last time. The ribs were flavourless, slaw was different (too sour)

Had the tenderloin and bison burger amazing!! Service was the best!!! Cocktails were amazing. We had the saw back and the monarch!!
