Park est une distillerie artisanale inspirée des lodges de l'arrière-pays au cœur du centre-ville de Banff. Rassemblez-vous autour d'une cuisine inspirée d'un feu de camp et de spécialités de rôtisserie au feu de bois associées à nos spiritueux primés en petites quantités distillés sur place. Nous sommes la seule distillerie située dans un parc national canadien, alors ne manquez pas nos visites quotidiennes gratuites de la distillerie pour un aperçu exclusif de notre distillerie boutique, où nous moulons, écrasons et distillons à la main pour préserver la pureté de nos ingrédients. . Nos esprits ne ressemblent à aucun autre au monde, car il n'y a pas d'autre endroit au monde comme Banff.

I always have an incredible time at PARK & this time was no different. My table was ready for me when I walked in & the food was amazing as always. They took the vegan ceasar cocktail off the menu but was able to make an accommodation for me due to allergies. The rotisserie chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious - strongly recommend !

Had a basic gin and tonic, which was perfect. Had the salmon salad. Very good. Partner had the tinfoil trout and that was very well prepared. Service was a little slow but we were not in any hurry so all good.

We got there before our reservations which was 5 pm and we got to enjoy some drinks for half price. The truffle fries were delicious. The bison burger is a must have if you are in Banff. The waitress was super nice. We will definitely come back the next time we’re in town.

Great service, food, and drinks. The beef and salmon were excellent! Our server was very attentive and helpful. Don't hesitate to book!

Myself and my partner visited The Park Distillery for a date night. I changed our booking to make it 1 hour earlier which they accomodated and were very prompt to do. We were seated fairly quick when we arrived and our server Ian came to us in no time. He was very nice and friendly. We ordered 2 mocktails and 2 bison burgers with truffle fries. Our orders, both food and drinks, did take a bit of time to come but it a busy night so it was understandable. The food and drinks themselves were outstanding. The portions were big, the burger was juicy and the truffle fries were divine. The mocktails too tasted very nice. I recommend The Park Distillery, you get such great value for the price you pay and the service is great.

とても混雑した時間でしたが、予約てお願いした通り窓際のお席を用意してくださり家族で外を眺めながら楽しく食事をすることがでしました！あいにく歩行者天国も終わっていたので少し雰囲気は違ったけれど素晴らしい時間でした。ありがとうございました！

We were seated quickly and our server was very attentive. The Bison Butger was great & we started with the spinach and cheese was awesome
