Park & Howard Bistro has a decidedly understated rustic motif, linen tables clothes, hardwood floors, intimate leather booths , & rich mahogany wood accents and is an affordable sophisticated, fun dining experience. Park & Howard Bistro also has intimate private dining rooms perfect for that corporate presentation, business meeting, wedding rehearsal dinner, retirement celebrations ,anniversary dinner, or any special function you may have in mind. Check out our private wine cellar room which seats up to 12 people for that extra special dining experience.
The lunch menu is full of wonderful seasonal pairings salads, sandwiches and entrees. Service is approachable, knowledgeable, attentive and friendly, in a comfortable atmosphere

Fantastic birthday dinner for my husband! We both had scallops, he started with a beet salad and I started with tuna. Everything was excellent!

Park and Howard Bistro was amazing! Friends told me about this restaurant and how special it was. So I made 11:30 am reservations for my sister's 60th birthday. The menu was so wonderful. We started with the Butternut Squash soup, the Living Butter Lettuce Salad. They were very accommodating in splitting these dishes for us. I ordered the Lobster Ravioli - Amazing! My sister ordered the Ahi Tuna and requested no egg and they said that would not be a problem. after our meal we were offered the dessert menu. So many choices, we had a discussion over 3 or 4 desserts for about 10 minutes. Decided on the Chocolate Lava Cake with Raspberry Sauce. When dessert was delivered they had a surprise Chocolate Mouse with a candle for my sister! The meal was a 2 1/2 hour joy! The service, the plating, the attention to our every need (the restaurant was very full and busy), the service- very friendly, smiling, interested and well informed when we asked a questions about the food. The parking was easy but the meters were temperamental with credit card use but that has nothing to do with Park & Howard Bistro- that is a City of Burlingame issue.

It was our first time to dine here and it lived up to all its good reviews. Each dish was well prepared, not just their “signature” dishes. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The pistachio encrusted salmon made for another delicious meal at Park & Howard. The craft cocktails did not disappoint with the table creation of Bubble Bliss. Attentive and friendly service.

We eat here often. The service last night was horrible. Plates did not get cleared. Used silverware was placed on table for next course. Never asked if we wanted cocktails. Duck was cold and overcooked. One entree came 15 minutes after all others were served.

Food and service was fablous! Great menu choices. Very honest people as well. I left my phone behind with my credit card and cash inside and called the restaurant to inquire if they had found it and they told me they did and they were waiting for me to come and pick it up. Great girlfriend brunch spot. I will be back!
