Paris Go Bistro is a delightful spot that brings a slice of France to Carlton, Melbourne. The staff are super friendly and make you feel right at home from the moment you walk in. They’re attentive without being overbearing. The food is simply amazing! I’ve never ate a steak tartare as good as this one, even in France. Everything is fresh and bursting with flavor, making it a real treat for the taste buds. The ambiance at Paris Go Bistro is cozy and charming, perfect for a romantic dinner or a relaxed night out with friends.

I‘ve dined here few times, whether with friends or family , and everyone has been very satisfied. The staff are friendly, the food is delicious, and it’s definitely worth recommending.
