   Our group of eight had a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the staff were attentive, and we met the chef at the end. The place is a gem!

   Creative and beautifully presented plates from start to finish. Each was an imaginative combination of flavours and textures that surprised and delighted. The staff was outstanding. Loved the good vibes coming from an open kitchen in this intimate setting.

   Absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated and is lovely just to be sitting there. The staff is attentive, knowledgeable, well dressed and down right adorable. The food was interesting, thoughtfully curated, beautiful to look at and a splendor in each bite. Not usually this romantic and poetic when talking about a restaurant but I felt compelled considering how great the experience was. I am so grateful someone recommended this place. I will be also urging visitors to go. Michelin plaques are all over Mexico City however Pargot lives up to the standard and then some.

   Had an amazing experience with dishes we've never tried before. This restaurant deserves their Michelin star!

   The food at Pargot is genuinely innovative: subtle flavors, imaginative combinations. It exceeded our expectations which were high! Great service as well. Will recommend to all friends heading to CDMX.

   Not very good. Food was mid. Staff and chef were not accommodating of food restrictions. First restauraunt in Mexico City that was not accommodating.

   This is my favorite restaurant to take people in Mexico City. It is elevated but doesn’t break the bank and all the dishes are original and delicious. Would recommend to anyone who wants to treat themselves to a unique meal.

   One of the best dinners I have had in my entire life! The menu was fabulous and the service impeccable. The flatbread, eggplant, pork and lamb dishes were particularly special.

   What a gem! The service and atmosphere were delightful. The cocktails looked great, but we opted for wine which was a great red from Portugal for just $50 US. The food was well prepared. I especially loved the fig and tomato tartare and lamb with tabbouleh. The chef brought us the special of the night and was so passionate and genuine in educating us about the flavors of the dish that were inspired from different regions of Mexico. A truly lovely experience.

    Cenar en Pargot con mi pareja fue una gran experiencia, servicio excepcional por parte del personal y gran atención del chef al salir y presentar sus platillos. Ambiente muy cálido y singular, sin duda volveré para celebrar diversas ocasiones y disfrutar del gran lugar.
