My wife and I made a reservation through the Open Table App and confirmed our reservation by calling the restaurant. The day of the reservation, the hostess made a mistake by seating another couple under our reservation, but they were still able to seat us. The food was on point and the cocktails were amazing. This place really lives up to its hype. Shout out to John the Bartender, best bartender in the Central Coast. Very pleased spending Valentines dinner at Parchetto.

Food was excellent and well served. High top table seating was uncomfortable and the tops tiny.

The food and service were great! We shared osso bucco and it was literally fall off the bone, melt in your mouth delicious! We enjoyed everything bout our meal but the bar area seating was not great. Next time I’d opt to et at the bar then I’d have control of my total experience.

We were hopeful but left disappointed. The tuna tartar and calamari appetizers were tasty but not exceptional in preparation. My husband had the Chilean Sea Bass, and we both found it overly salted (with truffle salt, I believe) and the portion size quite small - maybe 3 oz? I had the appetizer of seared scallops and found them to be overly salted. Our friend had the Octopus and enjoyed it. We all shared the beet salad, which was also tasty. Overall, it was not terrible, but not great either.

Our overall experience was very good. The food and service were excellent. I put on the reservation that it was our anniversary but that was never mentioned. The dining room was a bit sterile and could use some art and decoration.

One of our new favorites in Paso! The quality is consistently impeccable. The Chilean Seabass is the best preparation we have ever experienced. Thoroughly enjoyed last night’s feature - dry aged ribeye served family style with sides of whipped potatoes, roasted veggies and sauteed mushrooms. Husband’s Manhattan and my Old Fashioned cocktails were delicious. Highly recommend Parchetto!

The menu was disappointing as there were no vegetarian options. The only alternative was pasta (not very creative or original) or risotto, which was very salty. The service was good...the server and hostess tried their best to accommodate our requests. In these days and times, there's really no excuse for not accommodating vegetarians and other alternative food preferences....not everyone eats meat or fish.

Restaurant had an inviting ambiance. Service was excellent and the food ( I had the salmon) was equally good. All around an excellent evening.
