We enjoyed a business lunch at Parchetto. The food and service were excellent. Three of us made revisions to our entrees, and they were very accommodating. I highly recommend it.

We enjoyed the Sunday Jazz brunch this time and it was lovely! Our service was excellent, the food delicious and the jazz was such a nice complement to all.

Food and ambience were exceptional as would be expected from the team that brought us Il Cortiele. Loved the music. However the service was poor. We waited 10 minutes before our server acknowledged us and the restaurant was not busy. Our drink order sat ready at the bar for 10 minutes before it was brought to our table and it was incorrect. The food was fabulous except that the waffles were cold and we did not want to wait again to have them remade. Overall decent experience. As locals we will go back to see if it was just a fluke. I hope next time is better.

Great experience. Very nice place, good vibe for those of you that care about the vibe, like my girlfriend. Service was great, but never got any bread. Didn't say anything out of fear of being Soup Nazied (#seinfeld). The salad (a cucumber, radish, and corn concoction with lemon vinaigrette dressing) was amazing and well portioned. In fact, you could order one and split it. Can't say the same for the entrees, which were a smidge on the small side, especially for the price ($$$), but excellent otherwise. My salmon was way overcooked, but I didn't complain because oddly enough that is exactly how I like it. My motto with cooking fish is, more time, less slime. The chocolate tart with vanilla ice cream was very good. Kind of like lava cake without the lava. And the "Happy Anniversary" raspberry sauce was a nice touch. Overall, worth it, just one extra dollar sign more than I am used to, but I'm a 1-2 dollar sign kind of diner. My girlfriend always adds 1-2 more.

Our server just could not get it right. The fish did not taste fresh and there was very little of it. Dessert was amazing!

We love this restaurant, but we miss how Hemingway’s used to have the black-and-white attire for their servers. It was really unique.

We had a very nice dining experience at the restaurant our waitress Taylor was very helpful and attentive and her recommendations were great. Our tomahawk steak was one of the best I’ve had in a long time. Highly recommend this restaurant!

This was our first time at Parchetto and we decided to give it a try. Items we ordered: seafood croquettes, summer radish salad, pork chop, and pan seared salmon, with espresso creme brulee, a welcome complimentary dish from Chef Santos. Just like Chef Santos' restaurant, Il Cortile, the service is fantastic and the food are always delicious. Our salmon was perfectly cooked and seasoned, so was the pork chop which was superbly cooked and seasoned, still juicy and tender inside. Parchetto will be added to our list of places to dine whenever we visit Paso Robles. I need to mention that their price points are really good. I highly recommend Parchetto to anyone visiting Paso Robles looking for dining option. Many thanks again to Carole & Chef Santos.

This new restaurant in downtown Paseo Robles is well put together and has great food. The Sunday Brunch with the jazz trio is better than great.
