I visited yesterday July 2nd. Unfortunately, my order (BRAISED BEEF & RICOTTA GNOCCHI) was not available as they said my meal could not be made due to inability to process it and it was the only item I was looking forward to eating. I had to settle for a different meal( NONNA’S LASAGNA) which I wasn't a fan of. The servers were great but I was disappointed by the food.

We have frequented this restaurant numerous times, most notably right before the first lockdown back in March 2020. Seems that the quality of the food has declined over the years. The lasagna was dry and tasteless tonight, the other pasta dishes ordered weren’t very appealing other than the fettuccine Alfredo. And the service was ok but nothing really memorable. This is most likely the last time well being going to this restaurant.

We were very pleased with our lunch, first time at the restaurant and were glad to see Eva from O&B there too.

Our server was wonderful and although our food was only warm, when I mentioned it politely she was very understanding. As a result they brought us extra veg and a desert which wasn’t necessary but we were grateful. Thank you to both ladies who looked after us.

We were a large group. Our food orders didn’t come at the same time AND for 2 of the meals, the meat was overcooked and had to be sent back. Another person in our group had her pasta served undercooked. She sent that back and ended up canceling her food. My meal arrived a good 5+ minutes after everyone else had their food. I spoke to the manager and virtually nothing was done for us. I’ve eaten here many times and now I will NOT come back.

It was Saturday night. Our server(s) seemed very overworked as it looked like the restaurant was understaffed. Our fairly uninteresting salads were far from finished when our main courses arrived. Two of us shared the $100 rib eye, which was adequate. However, our steak knives couldn't cut through butter. So I asked our server for sharper steak knives, which I guess they keep hidden for VIPs, and she brought one for me forgetting two of us were sharing the steak. On the (big) plus side, four of us sat in one of the six-seater booths and we were able to hold a decent conversation without being drowned out by loud chatter or music.

Everyone enjoyed their meals and dining experience. Food was delicious. Nice to have option of small pasta portion. Meatball was very tasty but small for the price. Would have liked a bread basket to sop up the sauces! Recommend this restaurant.

I ate their twice this week. We had a great server the first time on Tuesday, and the experience was excellent. The second time on Thursday, we had a junior server who appeared nervous and service was poor. Both times, the food was good and priced well. It's a nice place and good value. We will go again and hope we get one of their better servers.
