Service was ok but had to ask to get a cocktail before ordering. Food was terrible. Crab Soup was mealy and had no flavor. The overpriced Tuna tartar is now being served with a lot of guacamole, not much tuna and tasted horrible together. The chopped salad was not dressed and the bell peppers were very soggy. Didn’t eat even half of each dish. After telling the waiter, the $6 salad was comped, but no manager ever came over. My dinner partner was not given the correct change, only .70 but if the waiter does this repeatedly, it adds up. Spent $70 for myself and what a shame to have to go home and make dinner. Will not be returning anytime soon. It used to be one of my favorite places to go.

We sat at the bar and had mimosas and the best French toast I have ever had. Bananas Foster. Ally our bartender was great and we will definitely be back.

We’re were disappointed with Parc on this visit. It seems that it is not as high end as it used to be. The Bucatina hadvery little sausage and it needed a bit more salt. It was also just so hot in the restaurant. It seemed there was no air conditions nor did they open the doors/windows.

We had a wonderful experience at Parc except that the air conditioning was not working. When the air goes out, it would have been a good idea to let people know who have reservations because they can then make an informed decision on whether to come or change their plans. It was 90+ degrees outside! Dripping into my dinner is gross. I would have given 5 stars across if we had been told.

We have added some portable units to assist during this heat wave, and we all look forward to a break in these temps. First, thus is one of most beautiful restaurants in DTW. Great ambiance. My wife and I and my family visit for birthdays and anniversaries EVERY YEAR!! Now to the luncheon: Requested window table. Hostess tried seating us at a table in back of restaurant. Sans windows! Had to move different table. Check for 5 People had a 20% tip added. What? I have never ever had a tip added to a check for 5! Eight or more, yea! Not pleased. 20% ??? This is not to suggest I wouldn’t have provided the same, but I thought tipping was a customer idea. It was a birthday luncheon and waitress, Julian never acknowledged it! Let me just say, I was not pleased with visit for the first time in 6 years! Something is not right? If this is the norm now, then soon the doors will close and my family and I will miss this fabulous restaurant

I had a terrible experience at Parc. I was there with a party of 6 and we waited for over an hour just to get our drinks, which we had to ask for multiple times. Despite making reservations a month in advance, we still had to endure long waits. The manager was unhelpful and showed a lack of concern for our experience. Additionally, the manager's unprofessionalism was evident as they repeatedly gave inaccurate updates, constantly saying "10 more minutes" whenever we asked about our food.
