The menu is crafted by Executive Chef Mark Connell who has graced the kitchens of world-renowned restaurants such as French Laundry, Alinea, and Aspen's own Casa D’Angelo. To pair with our innovative menus, Wine Director & Master Sommelier Jonathan Pullis curated an extensive French-focused wine list of over 1,300 varieties of local and domestic wines.

We love eating in the dining room- we can hold a conversation at a normal level. This is elevated dining for Aspen. Service- attention to detail and not feeling like they are trying to turn your table. They are always so accommodating and friendly. The wine list is impeccable and the Somm is knowledgeable. Highly recommended. As locals it’s one of our go to places.

What a beautiful space. Only have been one other time since Lahosteria closed and love what they did with the place. I like how the bar is separate now from the dining area. The servers and back servers were so knowledgeable and really pay attention to what you need. Dodo was ours and was great. Food is amazing! You have to get the polenta. It's a specialty. My husband does not like mushrooms or over easy eggs and almost ate the whole entire dish himself. We went for his birthday and the owner wrote a card out for him that was delivered by the server. Very kind. And they let him pick whatever dessert he wanted on them for his birthday. Which is very special because many restaurants just pick one for you. Definitely will be bringing friends and family when they visit!

Parc is a fine restaurant, with a very professional staff and eclectic menu. The food is wonderful but not sure that it isn't just as good and a better value eating in the bar.

Elegant & sophisticated ambiance, resturant is beautifully decorated. Smaller menu with Chef specials. In house somelier with an extensive wine selection. A great place to get dressed up and enjoy a fine meal. Pricey but at least you are getting what you pay for, an exceptional meal!

The whole experience was out of this world. I spent the summer in Aspen and wanted a special dinner for my final night. I chose PARC Aspen and was not disappointed. Every detail is perfect inside the restaurant. The service was right on and the food was amazing. The owners made the experience personalized by both stopping by, introducing themselves, and made sure everything was perfect.
