Wonderful atmosphere, food and service! A hidden gem. Latin food, nice size portions and great drinks. We will be back.

Food was great, the service was a little slow, but the prices were incredibly expensive for what was served.

Beautiful day and the food was great. The service was a little slow. I think they may have been down a server. But the staff was kind and friendly

We had a fabulous lunch at Parasol. The service was outstanding, the setting was beautiful and the food was delicious. I had the Carne Asada Tacos with a side of the Mexican Street Corn and it was fantastic. Others had the Cubano and the Lobster Quesadillas and we all loved our meals! Excellent experience. We will be going back soon!

We really enjoyed out experience at Parasol. The shaded outdoor setting and lounge-y decor was the perfect spot for a long boozy lunch with friends. All our food was delicious as were the drinks - interesting twists on Latin favorites. We had full meals but there were lots of shareable items if you only want snacks. The service was great too. I'm definitely going back - next time for late-afternoon cocktails and appetizers.

All the food was very tasty, but the wait staff and bartenders were even better. Parasol works for a quick snack, a casual meal, or even a date night. I'll be back soon!

We celebrated a birthday at Parasol this week and the staff went ABOVE & BEYOND to offer genuine kindness, excellent recommendations, and help organize/plate up the cake and ice cream. My family and I felt truly valued and care for during our experience. Not to mention, you can’t beat the food, sangria, and the view!

During the hot days in St. Petersburg, more outdoor fans are necessary. We got lucky there was a breeze. As for comfortable seating, we sat at a table for 4. It was good however I noticed the tables with the sofa seating are too high to sit and comfortably eat.

We had tortilla chips with guacamole and salsa, two burgers with fries, and 3 cocktails for over $120!!!! The burgers were good but not worth the price. The new space is beautiful and service was good but it’s not worth the price.
