Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product.
“We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you.
There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible.
The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. That, along with our love for good coffee, art, music, and community, is what shapes the Parallel experience.”

    Awesome salad and chicken! Had to go buy the rub from the grocery store after! Also loved all the halva! Such a great place!

    Delicious food and fantastic service! Would recommend coming in a group and sharing a variety of dishes, the falafel is a must! Located in an cute area in Toronto, get a drink at the local brewery down the street while you wait for your table.

    Absolutely delicious food. We had a watermelon salad (a special of the day I think) that was exquisite. I had no idea that watermelon could be savoury. Our other items were also stellar - falafel, various dips, beef kebabs ... all of it. The service was prompt and they cheerfully packed up our leftovers plus some take home items we ordered.

    Excellent food, great service. Sun in the eyes on the patio was a bit uncomfortable (we were there around 7:30-9 on a July night). Overall, excellent experience.

    They kept on forgetting stuff we ordered. I realized after we left I paid for sausage that o never received. Been to the restaurant many times , love the food , this time lots of stuff was forgotten
