Parallel brings together the experience and background of the three Ozery brothers, Alon, Guy, and Aharon, to create this unique space and product.
“We grew up in a home where sesame butter (tahini) was consumed regularly alongside flavourful Mediterranean cuisine. Parallel was born from our history and love for sesame butter. It’s part of our culture and upbringing, and we want to share that with you.
There are few ingredients that are as versatile, nutritious, and just as damn tasty as sesame butter. That’s why we decided to make it in all its forms: try it in our dressings, salads, dips, bowls, and our famous homemade halva, and seed what is possible.
The three of us share a passion for simple meals with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and innovative techniques. That, along with our love for good coffee, art, music, and community, is what shapes the Parallel experience.”

    This is a restaurant that everyone should experience at least once- incredible food. Be careful not to over-order because everything looks and sounds amazing, but it's hearty and filling.

    This place is always fabulous. Since I was here last time the menu has really shrunk and some of my favourites are gone. I wanted to order their lemonade and was told that they weren't making it that day. They weren't so busy that they couldn't find the time to do it, so I don't know what the reason was. Food is still delicous so if you are happy with a limited selection from the menu, go for it!

    Hi there! Thank you for the kind words and stellar review. To address some of your issues I'd like to ask when you visited as we have reduced menu items for lunch from monday to thursday and then dinner service begins at 5 with our full menu and daily specials, perhaps we still have some of your old favourites! As for the lemonade we may have run out of our fresh mix at that time, the server should have properly informed you the reason we couldn't fulfill your order.     Best food and great environment! Food comes quickly, which is great for some, but I personally like dishes spaced out a bit.

    Food at Parallel is outstanding! The ambiance is great as well. Unfortunately we had a very rude and unfriendly hostess. Fortunately the rest of the staff was amiable and pleasant. Hope the manager realizes that people go out to have a good time and do not appreciate “teenage attitude” when visiting the restaurant.

    The food and cocktails were incredible, as always! The only feedback I would offer is that the food came out in very quick succession. To really enjoy each dish and to have more room on the table it would be great if the dishes came out with more time between each one. All in all, great experience and fabulous food!
