This was our fifth visit to the restaurant. We live about 1 1/2 away but anytime we're remotely close, we make a reservation or stop in. I'm obsessed with the restaurant, their food, and the staff. I try to get something different every time.

We went to the restaurant to celebrate a birthday. We enjoyed our meal & could hear each other talk, despite a table with loud children nearby.

The food, service and environment was perfect with one exception—people tame and teach your kids to sit and enjoy family time.

elegant decor and ambiance and a welcome addition to Capitol Hill. Excellent cocktails. both had the Mezcal Word. Chips and salsa good but a bit precious at $15. Roasted beet salad, shrimp taco, and platanos quite good. Carnitas and fish taco ok. Excellent server.

I have been here 5 times and been blown away each time. This is a hidden gem. Quaint, fantastic food, well curated menu, and great service.

Delicious food in a relaxed and friendly environment. The chicken mole was fantastic and the mezcal collection is insane!

The food was good but definitely better the last time we ate here (and we ordered the same thing). My main reason for the poor review is we came here on the 4th of July because there was a promotion for $20 bottomless mimosas during brunch (or so we thought based on an email that was sent out). After arriving, we asked about it and they said that it was only on the weekends. We told both the waiter and the manager about the email and the manager said it was misleading. He then asked if he could take a picture of the email to send up. We asked if they’d honor the promotion and the manager said no (even after acknowledging poor marketing). On top of this, we then asked about a pitcher of their margarita and substituting vodka for the tequila and they said they couldn’t do that because “we might not like it”. Overall, I’m not sure I’d give them my business again after this experience. Very disappointed in the way they handled things.

Extremely Overpriced food, mediocre service.. they charged $15 for a handful of chips and salsa - something that is free everywhere else. Worst experience ever.
