It is time for wait people to stop saying “guys” to groups that are not all men. The cheery “Hi guys” to us was comical; we are all women. Also, felt rushed. Also was on hold for 11 minutes and they never did come back on the phone. Also, not greeted when we walked in.

Just enjoyed a lovely meal at Paradiso. Everything was excellent, from the service, the drinks, the appetizers, meal and dessert. We were a small group celebrating one of our friend’s 75th birthday. Along with cocktails and wine, we shared the calamari and the beet salad, which were both delightful! The calamari was fried perfectly and the beet salad was so flavorful it was easily devoured. Two of us enjoyed the rigatoni bolognese and one ordered the rack of lamb, which was on the rare side but beautifully cooked. The server was so nice and responsive, it really enhanced our experience. We ended the meal with crème brûlée and Paradiso gifted our birthday gal with a very nice tiramisu. Both were a perfect finish to a great meal and experience at Paradiso. We have been to Paradiso separately and as a group several times over the years. It continues to be a high quality restaurant that is a great place for family or friends to connect over excellent food.

The food and beverages were great. Parking was a little challenging. Service was excellent EXCEPT for the two receptionists who seemed to be unhappy and not too welcoming. Our waitress and the solo bar tender were both excellent and pleasant. Try to avoid peak dinner hours (between 5:30 and 6:30). We would recommend this place to others.

I generally get the same thing and eat at Paradiso-San Leandro at least three times a month or more. I love the petrale sole with mashed potatoes and spinach. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner. One of our group is a vegetarian and he has no problem finding a dish or two and enjoys the choices. It isn't far from my home so I often take business colleagues there for lunch as well.

Even though it was a busy Thursday night the staff was attentive and the service was prompt. The food was excellent. Parking can be a challenge as there is only a tiny lot and the street is busy, so best to get there early so you can find a spot

An excellent wine selection enhanced our dinner. at this neighborhood gem. Our waitress took care of our needs and the seafood fettuccini was excellent as ever.

We’ve never had a bad meal here. The food and selection are fantastic. The service is excellent. We celebrate birthdays here or date night. Tonight my husbands steak was overdone and the staff replaced it with no hesitation. This is a fabulous restaurant.

I’ve dined at Paradiso before. Our waitress was really nice. We placed our order, meanwhile the diners seated after us received their food. My friend ordered a pizza and i ordered lobster tail. I suspected that order was misplaced because others seated after us received their pizza. My lobster was a hockey puck. I sent it back they comped us 2 deviled eggs. To make matters worse, another manager approached us about our time at the table and had reservations waiting to be seated. We occupied the table longer because of error on their part. Comping at least one of our meals was not offered. I was very dissatisfied as to how the situation was handled. Lobster is a quick cook, don’t understand the delay. Mistakes happen, but we were offended when a manager approached us about time spent at our table.
