Quiet birthday lunch with my daughter couldn’t have been better!!! Service was perfect, and the Egyptian food so good. Than you!!!

The koshari, as always, was fantastic. They seated 6 of us comfortably in the back of the dining area and were very patient with our slow decision making as family caught up with one another.

The food was delicious. The restaurant has an admirable approach to limiting single use plastics opting for paper materials where needed, and most impressively not carrying water in plastic bottles, which is to be applauded.

We're seated promptly. However it took the server sometime to come around to our table. Perhaps short of staff on a Thursday evening. They are however very friendly, answered our questions, and gave us tips to best enjoy the food. The kitchen, is pretty slow in serving up food, so not a good place to get a quick bite. The food, when served, is amazingly fresh and tasty, quite worth the wait. Mainly vegetarian dishes, not ideal for meat-lovers. The sound proofing needs to be improved. It was quite noisy as a whole.
