The atmosphere was outstanding. Live music, Great food and Drinks. Beautifully decorated. Love the place. Also very clean which I appreciate very much. There service was outstanding. I highly recommend for a night out with friends or a romantic evening for a date. I'm definitely going back.

The food was amazing. The love music made you feel like you weren't located on a main road. The owner was very nice and greeted us for our anniversary. Highly recommend checking it out!

Sofía our waitress was amazing! Excellent service , took good care of us. The music by Moisse was so much fun! Had a great time!

Very vibrant atmosphere. Very busy. Food and ambiance is great. We had two appetizers which was enough food for the two of us - the ribs and the pork belly. Both were great Two things that I would like to see improved on. The wine “list” is awful. The California Cab we ordered was terrible which is actually hard to do when picking a California wine. The other aspect we didn’t like was the noise level. I understand that today the noise level in restaurants is higher than it used to be. But here it was over the top. I would likely avoid weekends here and come during the week. If you are dining here to have a conversation, Saturday night is not a good option. We have been here a few times and we will be back….for the food and ambiance— not to have a conversation.

It was our first time eating at the restaurant. The food and drinks were delicious! The decor was beautiful! The music playing throughout the restaurant was a little too loud, so we had to yell to talk to each other. Also wish the live band would’ve started on time so we could’ve caught a little bit of it before we had to leave. But it is definitely a place we would return to!

Considering the menu was limited the food was very good. Drinks were well prepared. Unfortunately the staff could use a lesson in hospitality. Service was poor and waitress disappeared throughout our stay. We waited almost a half out for our bill , our desert order was forgotten. When they finally returned with it in a to go box the item was cold as if pulled directly from refrigerator. Unfortunately 18% gratuity is included with your order. Will not return.

I have been a customer at Pappa Gallo for over a year at this point and usually have had great experiences. Even introduced and brought friends to try the food and experience the live music. Recently went out for a date night to have some drinks and listen to their live music. The waitress was rude and unprofessional when we wouldn’t order food within 5 minutes of sitting. We were planning to get some sides to snack on with our drinks. It seemed like that was problem however. The staff wasn’t straight forward emphasizing we only had the table for 2 hours and if we ordered entrees they wouldn’t want to rush us. We weren’t planning on ordering entrees so we were fine with that but the waitress Jennifer was harassing us to place an order even though we explicitly said we would just start with drinks. If the staff had been straight forward about their “requirements” to sit at a table that would have been fine but they told us a few different excuses before saying we needed to move to the bar to give the table to customers who are ordering food. Another staff member tried to accommodate us by saying we could stay at the table until bar seating opened up. However shortly after the waitress, Jennifer, threw our check on the table indicating to us we needed to move from the table. We finished our drinks at the bar and waited for the seats they said would open up soon but the live music had just started so no one was going to get. We just left. That waitress was quite aggressive like we offended her and the staff wasn’t straight forward causing confusion and frustration. Though we reserved a table they kicked us off and gave it to the next patrons within minutes. Very disappointing experience won’t be back for a bit.
