I was Super excited to try this restaurant so I booked reservations here for Father’s Day for my boyfriend & I . This place is beautifully decorated & had some amazing live music . Things started off great as our waitresses was attentive & also gave recommendations. For our appetizers we tried the Chicharron De Pollo which was delicious until we were about half way through & my boyfriend took a bite into a piece of chicken that was completely raw in the middle . Once we showed the waitress she said she’d handle it . She offered us another appetizer if we wanted but we decided to pass and just wait for our meals . Our meals came out with no issues my boyfriend had the half rotisserie chicken & fried rice & I had the honey glazed salmon both were delicious. The waitress did take the appetizers off the bill but I feel a manager also should’ve came & spoken to us & apologized about serving us chicken that wasn’t cooked through and possibly even offered more then just taking the appetizer off the bill for the inconvenience we dealt with being that either one of us could’ve gotten sick if we hadn’t realized the chicken was uncooked & continued to eat it . If this didn’t happen my experience overall would’ve been 10/10.

The restaurant was nice, there was live music. The ambience was great the food was ok, the baked chicken wasn’t cooked all the way but we replaced it with chicharron which was better. The steak was dry, there was not enough gravy to spread around with the rice. The appetizers were good I would just order them next time. Overall try this restaurant it is really nice atmosphere and they are accommodating to your complaints.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience at Pappa Gallo. The views and food were delicious. However, I didn't like that gratuity was added to my bill since it was only the two of us dining. Normally, restaurants add gratuity for larger parties. I also asked my waiter for tap water, but he brought out sparkling water, and we were charged $10 for it. The only downside is that I felt the restaurant tried to upcharge us, making the bill unnecessarily expensive. Be prepared to spend money when you dine here. While that's not necessarily a bad thing, for two people who didn't order much, the pricing seemed off.

Went from a rough start to an okay experience in the ending. I honestly do not think I will be returning.

The restaurant was our first time going, it was beautiful, the food was delicious, drinks great , service was top service. Our waitress really took care of us. We will definitely be coming back.

It was an odd experience. It was beyond loud and you couldn’t talk over the music and very loud guests. The staff was more attentive to the live musician than the patrons. It was odd. Our waitress was good once she eventually got to us after sitting for 15 minutes with not so much as an offer of water. After expressing a concern it was answered matter of factly by the manager (as it appeared to us) and never bothered to follow up with us. She was too busy taking videos and photos of the violinist. Which btw was very talented. But so loud! The icing on the cake was someone walking around taking photos, which was nice overall, but when declined the offer, she literally scowled at us. I was beyond shaking my head. Take it one step further, she shot a dirty look when passing our table afterwards. I actually could not believe it. This place has a long way to go.
